Claims (6)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Appareil de contrôle électronique pour un véhicule, comprenant : une carte de circuit imprimé (PCB) (230) configurée pour contrôler électriquement chaque partie du véhicule ; un couvercle de connecteur (220) incluant une partie de connecteur (222) connectée électriquement à la PCB (230) et une partie de couplage de couvercle (221) incluant un trou d'injection de matériau d'étanchement (223), à travers lequel le matériau d'étanchement est injecté, et couplée à la PCB (230) par l'intermédiaire de la partie de connecteur (222) ; et un corps de logement (210) incluant une partie de corps (212) configurée pour loger la PCB (230) et une partie de couplage de corps (211) ajustée à et couplée avec la partie de couplage de couvercle (221) dans un type de fente, et incluant une protubérance de prévention (213) le long d'une circonférence d'une surface interne de la partie de couplage de corps (211), dans lequel la partie de couplage de couvercle (221) est engagée et couplée avec la partie de couplage de corps (211), et un espace d'étanchement (201) est formé le long d'une circonférence d'une surface interne de chacune des parties de couplage couplées et de la protubérance de prévention (213) formée, et le matériau d'étanchement est injecté dans le trou d'injection de matériau d'étanchement (223) formé de sorte que l'espace d'étanchement (201) entre les parties de couplage, au niveau desquelles le couvercle de connecteur (220) est couplé au corps de logement (210), est étanché.
- 2. Appareil de contrôle électronique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le couvercle de connecteur (220) inclut une pluralité de trous d'injection de matériau d'étanchement (223), à travers lesquels le matériau d'étanchement est injecté, formés sur une surface avant de ceux-ci, et le matériau d'étanchement est injecté à travers chacun de la pluralité de trous d'injection de matériau d'étanchement (223) formés.
- 3. Appareil de contrôle électronique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la protubérance de prévention (213) formée au niveau de la partie de couplage de corps(211) a une surface interne inclinée en regard d'une surface interne de la partie de couplage de couvercle (221) couplée.
- 4. Appareil de contrôle électronique selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel au moins une surface parmi les surfaces internes de la partie de couplage de couvercle (221), la surface interne de la partie de couplage de corps (211), et la surface interne de la protubérance de prévention (213) formée au sein de' l'espace d'étanchement (201) formé le long de la circonférence de la surface interne de chacune de la partie de couplage de corps (211) et de la partie de couplage de couvercle (221), qui sont couplées l'une à l'autre, et la protubérance de prévention (213) formée est formée par une rainure.
- 5. Méthode de fabrication d'un appareil de contrôle électronique, comprenant les étapes consistant à: coupler un couvercle de connecteur (220) avec une carte de circuit imprimé (PCB) (230) configurée pour contrôler électriquement chaque partie d'un véhicule à travers un connecteur formé, le couvercle de connecteur (220) incluant un connecteur connecté électriquement avec la PCB (230) et un trou d'injection de matériau d'étanchement (223), à travers lequel un matériau d'étanchement est injecté, formé sur une surface avant de celui-ci ; ajuster le couvercle de connecteur (220) ayant le connecteur couplé avec la PCB (230) à un corps de logement (210) incluant une protubérance de prévention (213) formée le long d'une circonférence d'une surface interne d'une partie de couplage couplée avec le couvercle de connecteur (220) dans un type de fente pour qu'il rit couplé de façon à loger la PCB (230) ; engager et coupler la partie de couplage de couvercle (221) avec la partie de couplage de corps (211) et former ut% espace d'étanchement (201) le long d'une circonférence d'une surface interne de chacune des parties de couplage couplées et de la protubérance de prévention (213)-formée ; et étancher l'espace d'étanchement (201) entre les parties de couplage au niveau desquelles le couvercle de connecteur (220) est couplé avec le corps de logement (210) en injectant le matériau d'étanchement à travers le trou d'injection de matériau d'étanchement (223) formé et durcir le matériau d'étanchement.
- 6. Méthode selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle l'étanchement de l'espace d'étanchement (201) inclut la formation d'une pluralité de trous d'injection de matériau d'étanchement (223) sur une surface avant du couvercle de connecteur (220) et l'injection de matériau d'étanchement à travers chacun de la pluralité de trous d'injection de matériau d'étanchement (223) formés.
