Abstract

Meuble utilisé pour s'asseoir, notamment un fauteuil ou un canapé, comporte au moins une partie d'assise, une partie formant dossier et une partie formant têtière destinée à supporter la tête de la personne assise sur la partie d'assise ; la têtière étant montée de manière à pouvoir passer entre au moins une position abaissée et une position relevée dans laquelle elle supporte la tête de la personne assise, le mouvement de la têtière étant entrainé par un moteur commandé par un système de commande, caractérisé en ce que : - il est prévu des moyens formant capteur destinés à détecter la présence d'une personne assise sur la partie d'assise ; et - l'agencement est tel que les moyens de commande commandent le déplacement de la têtière dans la position relevée de support de tête lorsque les moyens formant capteur détectent la présence d'une personne sur la partie d'assise.
