Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de gestion d'un groupe froid connecté à un réseau électrique, le groupe froid alimentant une chambre froide adaptée pour stocker des produits périssables, ledit groupe froid étant piloté par un automate adapté pour commander le groupe froid, afin de réguler, selon un fonctionnement normal, la température à l'intérieur de la chambre froide, ledit groupe froid ayant une consommation électrique, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes, après qu'une condition prédéterminée est remplie : ajuster la consommation électrique du groupe froid indépendamment de la température à l'intérieur de la chambre froide, le groupe froid étant alors en fonctionnement forcé ; mesurer une température à l'intérieur de la chambre froide ; déterminer, à partir d'un modèle du comportement microbiologique des produits stockées à l'intérieur de la chambre froide fonction d'au moins la température mesurée, une évolution du comportement microbiologique des produits stockés à l'intérieur de la chambre froide ; et en fonction de l'évolution ainsi déterminée ; remettre le groupe froid en fonctionnement normal afin d'éviter que des denrées périssables stockées à l'intérieur de la chambre froide ne dépérissent.The invention relates to a method for managing a cold unit connected to an electrical network, the cold unit supplying a cold room suitable for storing perishable products, said cold unit being controlled by an automaton suitable for controlling the cold unit, in order to regulating, according to normal operation, the temperature inside the cold room, said cold unit having an electrical consumption, the method comprising the following steps, after a predetermined condition is fulfilled: adjusting the electrical consumption of the cold unit independently the temperature inside the cold room, the cold unit then being in forced operation; measuring a temperature inside the cold room; determining, from a model of the microbiological behavior of the products stored inside the cold room as a function of at least the measured temperature, a change in the microbiological behavior of the products stored inside the cold room; and according to the evolution thus determined; return the cold unit to normal operation in order to prevent perishable foodstuffs stored inside the cold room from perishing.
