Abstract

The device has a roller (4) fixed under a metal part of a body of a motorcycle or scooter immediately behind a rear seat (1). Two rigid fabric seat belts (2) are wound in the roller, where the bands pass through slits placed in a mudguard (3) of the motorcycle or scooter. The free ends of the bands are closed by a metal buckle-clasp in front of a driver while passing along the waist height on each side of a child passenger.

Description

La présente invention consiste en une ceinture de sécurité (2) pour motocyclette ou scooter en vue d'assurer la sécurité des enfants transportés à l'arrière(passager). Actuellement, aucun système de sécurité n'existe sur les véhicules à deux roues motorisés, 5 type moto ou scooter, pour maintenir le passager enfant, et assurer sa stabilité et sa sécurité en cas de virage brutal ou violent, ou s'il lâche le conducteur auquel il est sensé s'agripper. D'où, chez les jeunes enfants encore faibles et sujets à l'inattention, car inexpérimentés, un risque de chute dû à la force centrifuge et aux aléas de la conduite des motos et scooters, et à la position d'instabilité inhérente au passager d'un deux-roues,plus particulièrement en 10 ville. Le dispositif selon l'invention consiste en une ceinture de sécurité (2) de type à enrouleur (4) constituée de deux bandes de tissu rigide avec un double fermoir « classique »(mâle/femelle)en métal, se bouclant devant le conducteur-pilote du deux-roues, et sortant, car placé,à l'arrière de la partie débutante du garde-boue (3) ou de la partie 15 métallique de la carrosserie, derrière la selle (1), assurant, en position d'utilisation, une barrière de tissu tendue et rigide à hauteur de la taille de l'enfant transporté, permettant ainsi de prévenir tout risque de chute par basculement latéral intempestif, et agissant comme un « garde-fou » dans la conduite courante. Le dispositif de l'enrouleur (4) étant placé sous la partie métallique (3) immédiatement derrière la selle (1), et les deux boucles/fermoir de la 20 ceinture sortant, à l'arrêt, par une ou deux fentes (2 variantes au choix du constructeur)ménagée(s)dans la même partie métallique (3) immédiatement derrière la selle (1). Il est à noter que la ceinture peut s'attacher de deux façons : soit directement passée de chaque côté de l'enfant, et fermée devant le conducteur, soit en la croisant et lui faisant faire 25 un « 8 » devant l'enfant transporté de sorte qu'il soit plus assujetti afin d' assurer une plus grande contrainte. La figure 1 montre la position générale de la moto(ou du scooter) avec le conducteur et le jeune passager assujettis par la ceinture de sécurité. Les figures 2, 2bis et 4 montrent la position de la dite-ceinture et de son mécanisme à l'arrêt 30 en position de repos, les boucles/fermoir sortant de leur logement fixé derrière de la selle.
