The invention relates to an ultimate maneuvering device for secure hydrant. The water supply terminals, such as fire hydrants, wash outlets, fire hydrants, dry or wet columns, 5 are united under the generic term of hydrants. To avoid their abusive use, the hydrants are provided with securing devices, for example, according to the document WO 2008/099 103, consisting essentially of a plug carrying a retaining means, such as a bolt, actuated by a mechanical lock. or electronic. Thus, once the cap is locked, access to the opening control of the water supply is only possible to a key holder compatible with the mechanical or electronic lock. This lock makes the hydrant inaccessible to third parties, but it must not prevent firefighters from intervening, even if they do not have the key. An object of the invention is to provide an ultimate maneuvering device 15 for secure hydrant that allows to remove the hydrant security plug even in the absence of the key or in case of non-operation of the key. The invention relates to an ultimate maneuvering device, for hydrant comprising a locking security plug, characterized in that it comprises: - a receptacle disposed in the hydrant securing plug, and - an ultimate key adapted to be screwed into the receptacle and to ensure, by pulling on the key, tearing the plug. Advantageously, the receptacle is a blind hole having an internal thread, and the ultimate key comprises an external thread compatible with the internal thread of the receptacle. Advantageously, the internal thread of the receptacle and the external thread of the ultimate key are both not inverted. Preferably, the receptacle comprises, at the bottom of the blind hole, at least one magnet, and the ultimate key comprises, on its front face, at least one magnet, said magnets being able to cooperate to ensure their mutual attraction. Advantageously, the magnets are arranged in a circle at the bottom of the blind hole and on the front face of the ultimate key.
Advantageously, the receptacle comprises a movable cylinder, retained in position close to the opening of the blind hole by a spring, and which masks the internal thread of the receptacle. Preferably, the bottom of the blind hole is secured to a central shaft guided by a support tube, fixed relative to the plug.
Lorsque la clé ultime 9 a été extraite, le cylindre 14 retrouve sa position initiale sous l'effet du ressort 15.Advantageously, the tube has a helical groove in which a key integral with the central shaft moves. Advantageously, the helical groove has at its front end an axial portion directed rearward, and a spring pushes the central shaft and the key in said axial portion. Preferably, a magnet is attached to the tube to hold the key in a stable position, in the absence of an ultimate key, in said axial portion. Advantageously, the presentation to the receptacle of the ultimate key causes, by the mutual attraction of the magnets, the forward displacement of the central shaft and the output of the key of said axial portion. The invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 is an exploded perspective view of a protective structure of a hydrant against theft of water, provided with a plug of security key, the cap being equipped with the receptacle of the ultimate actuator device according to the invention; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the key of the ultimate maneuvering device according to the invention; FIG. 3 is a front view of the receptacle of the ultimate maneuvering device according to one embodiment of the invention; - Figure 4 is an axial sectional view of the receptacle of Figure 3; FIG. 5 is a perspective view of another embodiment of the ultimate maneuvering device according to the invention; FIG. 6 is a side view of the ultimate maneuvering device of FIG. 5; FIG. 7 is a top view of the plug for securing a fire hydrant, provided with the receptacle of the ultimate maneuvering device according to FIG. invention; - Figure 8 is a top view of the closure cap of a washing mouth, provided with the receptacle of the ultimate actuator device according to the invention. In FIG. 1, the protective structure of a hydrant of the fire hydrant type consists of a body 1 inserted in a fire hydrant mouth. The body 1 receives a plug 2 slid inside the body 1 and secured to the body 1 by the screws 3. The cap 2 comprises, in known manner, a lock 4 provided with a bolt 5. The lock 4 is locked on the cap by means of a nut 6. When the cap 2 is in place, the operation of the key, not shown, rotates the bolt 5 which fits into the groove 7 of the body 1, and will lock behind a stop of the fire hydrant. Thus, access to the opening command of the water supply is secured. In case of fire, the operation of the lock 4 by means of the key rotates the bolt 5 towards the inside of the body 1 and releases the cap 2 and the body 1, which can be removed together to allow free access at the opening command of the water supply. In case the key of the lock 4 is not available, access to the water remains blocked. To allow the use of the fire hydrant, the object of the invention is an ultimate maneuvering device, that is to say a maneuver in force of the securing device (1, 2), by deformation of the bolt 5 or rupture of the bolt 5. For this purpose, the cap 2 is equipped with a receptacle 8 for receiving an ultimate key 9, the assembly of the receptacle 8 and the ultimate key 9 constituting an ultimate maneuvering device. The receptacle 8 has an internal thread and the ultimate key 9 has a corresponding external thread 10. To prevent third-party opening, the threads are not conventional threads, and are preferably inverted threads. Furthermore, the front face of the ultimate key 9 comprises at least one magnet 11 (Figure 2) and the bottom of the receptacle 8 comprises at least one magnet 12 (Figures 3, 4). The or the magnet (s) of the ultimate key 9 and the or the magnet (s) of the receptacle have opposite polarities so as to ensure reinforced solidarity between the key 9 and the receptacle 8 after screwing the key 9 in the receptacle 8. It is provided that magnets are designated either permanent magnets or ferromagnetic elements. It is also expected that the magnets can be placed in a particular arrangement, for example in a line or in a circle, both at the bottom of the blind hole and on the front face of the ultimate key. The head 13 of the ultimate key 9 is wide and is in the form of ring to be driven in force to tear the securing device 1,2 of the hydrant. Thus, in case of fire, firefighters arrive at the hydrant with an ultimate key. If the key of the lock 4 is not available in situ, they screw the ultimate key 9 in the receptacle 8 and by pulling on the head 13 of the ultimate key 9, they tear off the plug 2 and the body 1 by deforming or 5 according to one embodiment of the invention (FIGS. 3 and 4), the receptacle 8 consists essentially of a cylindrical blind hole, equipped with an internal thread, and, at bottom, at least one magnet 12. Preferably, inside the receptacle 8, is disposed a movable cylinder 14, held in position close to the opening of the receptacle 8 by an inner spring of the receptacle 8. When the ultimate key 9 is presented on the receptacle 8, it pushes the cylinder 14 during its screwing into the receptacle. The spring 15 is compressed in an annular housing surrounding the bottom of the receptacle 8. The cylinder 14 is secured to the receptacle 8 by means of the spring 15 which connects them to one another. The cylinder 14 makes it possible to make the threading of the receptacle 8 visible and accessible only when the ultimate key 9 is inserted. When the ultimate key 9 has been extracted, the cylinder 14 returns to its initial position under the effect of the spring 15. .
According to another embodiment of the invention (FIGS. 5, 6) the bottom of the receptacle is not fixed, and it is capable of being displaced in rotation with respect to its axis and in axial translation, when the insertion of the ultimate key 9. For this purpose, the bottom of the receptacle 8 is secured to a central shaft 16 guided by a support tube 17, which is fixed relative to the plug 2. Thus, when the ultimate key 9 is screwed in the receptacle 8, the magnets 11 of the key 9 and 12 of the receptacle bottom 8 bind and the central shaft 16 moves with the ultimate key 9. According to one embodiment, the tube 17 has a helical groove 18 in which moves a key 19 secured to the central shaft 16. The groove 18 has at its front end, an axial portion 20 and directed rearwardly. At rest, a spring pushes the central shaft 16 rearwards and the key 19 in the axial portion 20. Thus, the central shaft 16 can not be moved in rotation, which prevents the opening of the plug 2. When the ultimate key 9 is presented to the receptacle 8, its magnets 11 attract the magnets 12 from the bottom of the receptacle 8. The bottom and the central shaft 16 are then moved forward and the key 19 leaves the axial portion 20 of the the groove and releases the rotation of the central shaft 16 which then follows the displacement in rotation and in axial translation of the ultimate key 9. In Figures 5 and 6, the pitch of the helical groove 18 has been exaggerated for the sake of clarity. drawing. Advantageously, a small magnet 21 is fixed to the tube 17 to hold the key 19 in a stable position, in the absence of an ultimate key 9, in the axial part 20. In FIG. 7, relating to a fire hydrant placed in a hatch at ground level, the security device is constituted by a cover 22 at the top of which is provided a recess 23 containing the lock 4 mechanical or electronic. The receptacle 8 of the ultimate maneuvering device is provided to receive the ultimate key 9 under the same conditions as previously described. In the case of Figure 8, relating to a washing mouth, the same references designate the same components.
In the figures, the thread 10 of the ultimate key has not been shown but it is explicitly mentioned that this thread is not standard type. The ultimate operating device described comprises an ultimate key and a receptacle for this key, each equipped on the one hand with a particular thread, on the other hand with complementary magnets to reinforce the mechanical connection between key and receptacle, and in the embodiment with central shaft, to allow rotation of the central shaft and penetration of the ultimate key sufficient to ensure the lifting of the hydrant securing device.
