Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de manutention pour objets difficilement transportables de part leur poids, encombrement ou encore le manque de prise, comme les pots de fleurs, fûts ou autres objets sans poignées de manutention.The present invention relates to a handling device for objects that are difficult to transport because of their weight, size or lack of grip, such as flower pots, barrels or other objects without handles.
Déplacer des objets encombrants, lourds et sans poignées est un réel problème. En effet, les systèmes de manutention sont nombreux mais nécessitent toujours une intervention humaine, que ce soit pour basculer l'objet afin de pouvoir glisser l'appareil dessous, ou bien soulever complètement l'objet afin de le déposer sur l'appareil permettant de le déplacer .Cela dit les efforts déployés lors de ces manoeuvres sont souvent un problème et ne sont pas à la portée de toutes les personnes, sans compter les conséquences inévitables sur la santé de l'opérateur. La présente invention remédie à tous ces problèmes en utilisant un système de pinces articulées solidaires d'un ensemble de biellettes de démultiplication, le tout actionné par un grand bras muni d'une poignée. L'ensemble, supporté par des roues, permet un déplacement aisé. Lors de la prise de l'objet, la poignée à l'extrémité du dispositif est verticale, les pinces, qui sont alors écartées au maximum, sont placées de chaque coté de l'objet, une pédale fixée sur le cadre support, permet d'ajuster en hauteur la prise de l'objet à déplacer, il suffit de baisser la poignée pour resserrer les pinces contre l'objet tout en le soulevant. Il est alors facile de le déplacer tout en le maintenant soulevé grâce aux roues du dispositif et ceci sans le moindre effort. Arrivé à destination, relever la poignée et l'objet est reposé aussi facilement à l'endroit souhaité. Les pinces sont recouvertes d'une matière antidérapante et leur articulation permet d'épouser au mieux la forme de l'objet à déplacer qu'il soit cubique, cylindrique ou quelconque. L'ensemble de biellettes forme un losange déformable. Les pinces sont fixées sur deux extrémités opposées et horizontales, lorsque la poignée est actionnée vers le bas, les deux autres extrémités du losange sont alors étirées verticalement refermant ainsi les pinces tout en les déplaçant vers le haut. L'objet est ainsi pincé et soulevé. De ce fait il est alors facile de le déplacer. Apres utilisation, le dispositif est rendu très peu encombrant en quelques opérations de démontage et de pliage facilitant ainsi son rangement. La description détaillée et les dessins qui vont être présentés mettent en évidence les intérêts et les avantages que propose ladite invention. The object is thus pinched and lifted. As a result, it is easy to move. After use, the device is made very compact in a few disassembly and folding operations thus facilitating its storage. The detailed description and the drawings that will be presented highlight the interests and advantages that this invention offers. La présente invention est essentiellement caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de manutention pour objets difficilement transportables figure 15 1, permet en une seule action du bras de levage 1, de pincer et de soulever l'objet à déplacer 10 comme on peut le voir figure 5. Le dispositif de manutention pour objets difficilement transportables est composé de deux fourches 3 fixées sur un démultiplicateur 4 en forme de losange déformable dont la base inferieure est fixée sur l'articulation 20 du cadre support 2 figure 3. Ce dernier est muni de deux roues 8 ainsi que d'une roulette 9 pivotante pour faciliter les manoeuvres figure 3. Un bras de liaison 5, articulé à ses deux bouts, relie les extrémités supérieures du démultiplicateur 4 et du cadre support 2 comme représenté figure 3. Un bras de levage 1 est fixé sur le bras de liaison 5 25 comme indiqué figure 1. Lors de son utilisation, le dispositif de manutention repose sur ses deux roues 8 et sur sa roulette 9, bras de levage 1 vertical, le démultiplicateur 4 est ainsi complètement replié permettant aux fourches 3 d'atteindre leur écartement maximum figure 1. Le dispositif de manutention est alors manoeuvré vers l'objet à 30 déplacer 10 de sorte que ce dernier se trouve situé entre les fourches 3 figure 4. La pédale 11 peut être utilisée afin de modifier la hauteur des fourches 3 si cela est nécessaire. Il suffit alors de basculer le bras de levage 1 vers le bas entrainant ainsi le bras de liaison 5 qui provoque alors la déformation vers le haut du démultiplicateur 4, obligeant donc 35 les fourches 3 à venir pincer l'objet à déplacer 10. Des patins 6 articulés sur les fourches 3 sont revêtus d'éléments antidérapant 7 figure 3 permettant de soulever l'objet à déplacer 10 sans glissement. Ainsi représenté figure 4, on comprend facilement que l'effort F à fournir sur le bras de levage 1 afin de vaincre le poids P de l'objet à déplacer 10 est ainsi réduit et ce de façon proportionnelle au rapport des distances A et B ainsi formé. L'effort de serrage des fourches 3 sur l'objet à déplacer 10 est quant à lui directement proportionnel au poids de ce dernier. L'objet à déplacer 10 étant ainsi soulevé figure 6, est alors facile à transporter à l'endroit désiré afin d'y être déposé et ceci en inversant tout simplement la procédure qui vient d'être décrite.
