La présente invention concerne le domaine technique des emballages et, plus particulièrement, des étuis de conditionnement qui sont destinés à emballer, de préférence mais non exclusivement, des produits à caractère unitaire, soit par eux-mêmes, soit par un pré-conditionnement qui leur est imposé. L'invention concerne, plus spécifiquement, les étuis de conditionnement qui sont réalisés à partir d'un flan de matière première prédécoupé et ensuite monté par pliage pour former l'emballage proprement dit. A titre d'application préférée, l'invention concerne les étuis de conditionnement réalisés à partir d'un flan de carton, de préférence compact, sans que cette précision exclue le carton ondulé ou des produits similaires, tels que des feuilles de matière plastique contrecollées ou non. Dans le domaine technique ci-dessus, il est largement connu de réaliser un emballage de conditionnement à partir d'un flan de matière appropriée découpé à plat, puis monté pour former un étui dans lequel le ou les produits doivent être conditionnés. En règle générale, il s'agit de flans de carton compact qui sont réalisés pour définir, après montage, une enveloppe tubulaire constituant un corps d'étui et possédant des systèmes de fermeture de fond et de dessus. La conception de ces flans peut être assurée pour que le corps d'étui de l'enveloppe tubulaire présente une forme, le plus généralement, parallélépipédique, sans qu'il s'agisse d'exclure les corps d'étuis de formes différentes, tels que de section droite pentagonale ou hexagonale, voire octogonale ou encore triangulaire. De tels étuis sont utilisés pour assurer le conditionnement de différents types de produits, tels que, par exemple mais non exclusivement, des produits cosmétiques ou, encore, des produits pharmaceutiques, qu'il convient de garantir contre les risques d'ouvertures intempestives sur le lieu de vente. Ainsi, lorsque le ou les produits à conditionner sont considérés comme présentant une certaine valeur et qu'il convient de les protéger contre des ouvertures frauduleuses, il est connu d'entourer l'étui de conditionnement, une fois le produit à conditionner disposé à l'intérieur de ce dernier, d'une feuille de matière plastique transparente qui empêche toute ouverture de l'étui de conditionnement et qui assure ainsi une fonction de témoin d'ouverture, dans la mesure où la destruction atteste d'une tentative d'ouverture, voire d'une ouverture de l'étui de conditionnement, et, éventuellement, du contenu de ce dernier.The present invention relates to the technical field of packaging and, more particularly, packaging cases which are intended to package, preferably but not exclusively, products of unitary nature, either by themselves or by a pre-conditioning which their is imposed. Toutefois, la mise en place de cette enveloppe requiert une étape supplémentaire de fabrication après le remplissage de l'étui de conditionnement et vient augmenter substantiellement le coût du conditionnement du produit à commercialiser, tant en raison de la main d'oeuvre supplémentaire, que de la matière mise en oeuvre. Afin de remédier à cet inconvénient, le brevet FR 2 847 555 a proposé un étui de conditionnement à témoin d'ouverture comportant au moins au niveau d'une première extrémité de l'enveloppe tubulaire formant un tel étui de conditionnement, des moyens de verrouillage comportant au moins un bord de verrouillage porté par un rabat de verrouillage prolongeant un panneau de fermeture de l'extrémité de l'enveloppe tubulaire. Les moyens de verrouillage comportent également une zone de plus faible résistance s'étendant à partir du bord du panneau de fermeture situé en regard du bord de verrouillage. En position de fermeture du panneau de fermeture, le bord de verrouillage est en butée sur une surface d'arrêt formée par un bord aménagé sur un volet de fermeture prolongeant un panneau adjacent au panneau pourvu du panneau de fermeture. Par ailleurs, compte tenu de la présence des surfaces d'arrêt au niveau des volets de fermeture, il peut être tenté de procéder à des manipulations ou déformations au niveau des volets de fermeture et/ou du panneau de fermeture pour éviter le déchirage du panneau de fermeture lors d'une tentative frauduleuse d'ouverture de l'étui de conditionnement. Ainsi, il apparaît le besoin de disposer d'un étui de conditionnement qui offre la possibilité de préserver l'intégrité de son contenu ou de pouvoir attester de manière efficace, des tentatives d'ouverture, tout en autorisant des opérations ultérieures d'ouverture et de fermeture d'un tel étui et en interdisant toute manipulation susceptible d'altérer la fonction de témoin d'ouverture de l'étui. Afin d'atteindre cet objectif, l'invention concerne un étui de conditionnement , obtenu à partir d'un flan prédécoupé et monté, par pliage, 15 comportant : - une enveloppe tubulaire à panneaux articulés pourvue de deux extrémités, dont au moins une première extrémité est ouverte, - au niveau de la première extrémité de l'enveloppe, un panneau de fermeture articulé sur un panneau de l'enveloppe, 20 - des moyens de verrouillage, au moins au niveau de la première extrémité de l'enveloppe, comprenant au niveau du panneau de fermeture, au moins un rabat de verrouillage qui est séparé du panneau de fermeture par une ligne de pliage. Selon l'invention, les moyens de verrouillage comportent : 25 - un volet de fermeture rabattable articulé sur le panneau de l'enveloppe situé en vis-à-vis du panneau de l'enveloppe équipé du panneau de fermeture, le volet de fermeture rabattable possédant un bord de blocage, - une languette de verrouillage montée pivotante sur le rabat de 30 verrouillage, autour de deux zones d'attache de moindre résistance, la languette de verrouillage étant destinée à venir s'intercaler en partie, en position de fermeture du panneau de fermeture, entre le volet de fermeture et le panneau de l'enveloppe, de manière que lors de l'ouverture du panneau de fermeture, la languette de verrouillage se détache partiellement ou complétement du rabat de verrouillage, par son blocage sur le bord de blocage du volet de fermeture. L'étui selon l'invention comporte également en combinaison l'une et/ou l'autre des caractéristiques additionnelles suivantes : - le panneau de l'enveloppe équipé du volet de fermeture rabattable, est muni d'un trou de visualisation de la languette de verrouillage, en position de fermeture du panneau de fermeture, - la languette de verrouillage comporte une partie découpée partiellement dans le rabat de verrouillage et s'étendant en saillie par rapport au bord externe du rabat de verrouillage, - la languette de verrouillage possède une partie découpée dans le rabat de verrouillage, de forme convexe, - les zones d'attache de la languette de verrouillage sont situées au niveau du bord externe du rabat de verrouillage, - le bord de blocage du volet de fermeture est délimité par une découpe aménagée à partir du bord externe du volet de fermeture, - chaque extrémité de l'enveloppe est ouverte et l'étui comprend au niveau de chaque extrémité de l'enveloppe, un panneau de fermeture et des moyens de verrouillage, - au moins un rabat latéral de fermeture articulé sur un panneau de l'enveloppe adjacent au panneau équipé du panneau de fermeture, ce rabat latéral de fermeture comportant un bord formant une surface d'arrêt pour un bord de verrouillage présenté par le rabat de verrouillage, - deux rabats latéraux de fermeture articulés sur les panneaux de l'enveloppe adjacents au panneau équipé du panneau de fermeture, les rabats formant une surface d'arrêt pour deux bords de verrouillage disposés de part et d'autre de la ligne de pliage séparant le rabat de verrouillage du panneau de fermeture.This solution is entirely satisfactory as regards the guarantee of the integrity of the content of the packaging case.
