Abstract
Description
STRUCTURE REFLECHISSANTE MULTICOUCHE. DOMAINE TECHNIQUE DE L'INVENTION La présente invention concerne une structure réfléchissante multicouche permettant notamment de réfléchir la lumière solaire.MULTILAYER REFLECTIVE STRUCTURE. TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a multilayer reflective structure in particular for reflecting sunlight.
The invention finds a particularly interesting application in the field of large curvature mirrors used in solar light concentration devices. TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Solar light concentration devices generally have large curved, parabolic or parabolic mirrors in the role of solar energy concentrators. Mirrors are usually formed by the combination of a glass plate and a reflective surface. A first embodiment of these large mirrors consists in combining a plurality of small mirrors, which juxtaposed allow to reconstruct the shape of the large concentrator. However, this embodiment requires to fix the mirrors individually on a support structure, or frame, thus making it complex and expensive to produce such a concentrator.
According to a second embodiment, these large mirrors, such as for example cylindro-parabolic concentrators, are made from thick glass shaped by a hot process. However, this embodiment is relatively complex and generates high costs related to the complexity of the infrastructure required for the hot forming processes and the high weight of the manipulated glass structures.
In addition, the use of thick glass for the production of mirrors involves positioning the reflecting surface at the outer face of the glass, i.e. the face which is in direct contact with the external environment. Indeed, the positioning of the reflecting surface on the inner face of the glass generates unacceptable performance losses for a solar energy production application due to absorption within the thick glass. However, the positioning of this reflective surface does not guarantee the longevity of the mirrors, the reflectivity of the reflecting surface being progressively degraded over time following various external aggressions. A third embodiment consists in using thin glass sheets (typically of a thickness less than or equal to 3 millimeters) with the double advantage of minimizing the losses of solar radiation by absorption through the glass and to get rid of a complex heat treatment operation to carry out the hot shaping of the glass, the flexibility of the glass being sufficient to allow some shaping, in particular by the low resistance of the glass to tensile and shear stresses. However, these thin glass sheets used for making large surfaces have handling difficulties, and limited bending possibilities. In this context, the present invention aims to solve the aforementioned problems by proposing a multilayer reflective structure making it possible to produce reflecting surfaces, such as concave mirrors, of large dimensions with larger bends than those current mirrors used for example in devices for concentrating sunlight. In addition, the reflective structure makes it easier to implement and manipulate while ensuring a high degree of security of use.
To this end, the invention proposes a multilayer reflective structure comprising: a support; a reflective layer; a thin glass sheet secured to said support; said structure being characterized in that said thin glass sheet is secured to said support and in that said support is a flexible support adapted to be deformed so as to shape said thin glass sheet.
Avantageusement, le dispositif de concentration d'énergie solaire comporte une structure réfléchissante multicouche (10) présentant des fentes (13).The multilayer reflective structure according to the invention may also have one or more of the following characteristics, considered individually or in any technically possible combination: said support is formed by a composite material composed of fibers embedded in a resin; said fibers are glass fibers and / or carbon fibers and / or aramid fibers and / or vegetable fibers; the shape and / or the nature and / or the thickness of the fibers are chosen as a function of the value of the coefficient of expansion of said thin glass sheet; that the mechanical characteristics of said support are determined so that the neutral line of bending deformation of said structure is positioned at the interface of said thin glass sheet and said support; - the thickness of the glass thin sheet (glass) and the thickness of the substrate (epsupport) are determined by respecting the following ratio: epverre = Everre epsupport Esupport with: epverre: Thickness of the thin glass sheet; epsupport: Thickness of the support; Everre Young's modulus of thin glass sheet; Esupport Young module of the support. The invention also relates to a solar energy concentration device characterized in that it comprises a multilayer reflective structure according to the invention, shaped on a rigid frame, said shaped multilayer reflective structure being able to concentrate solar energy. Advantageously, the solar energy concentration device comprises a multilayer reflecting structure (10) having slots (13).
The invention also relates to a method for producing a solar energy concentration device according to the invention characterized in that it comprises in particular the steps of: - producing a flat thin sheet of glass; covering one side of said thin glass sheet with a layer of reflective material; - Fixing said flat thin glass sheet on a flat support made of composite material; - Shape and solidarization of the multilayer reflective structure formed in the previous steps on a rigid frame having the final shape of the solar energy concentration device. Advantageously, the shaping step is preceded by a pre-cutting step of the multilayer reflective structure in its thickness so as to facilitate its shaping.
OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be better understood in the light of the description which follows and with reference to the appended figures, among which: - Figure 1 shows schematically a sectional view of the multilayer reflective structure according to the invention, before shaping; - Figure 2 schematically shows a top view of an example of cutting a flat structure for the realization of a solar concentrator. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION FIG. 1 schematically represents a sectional view of the multilayer reflective structure 10 according to the invention. The reflective structure 10 comprises: a thin sheet of glass 1 having an upper face 11 and a lower face 12, the upper face 11 forming the outer face of the reflecting structure 10 which is directly in contact with the air and external aggressions ; a reflective layer 2 at the lower face 12 of the glass sheet 1; a support 3, or substrate, on which the glass sheet 1 is secured, for example by gluing by means of an adhesive layer 4. The glass sheet 1 is a thin glass sheet having a thickness less than or equal to 3 millimeters and advantageously of the order of 1 millimeter. The glass sheet 1 is glued on the support 3 which is made of composite material. The support is formed by: glass and / or carbon and / or aramid and / or vegetable fibers, which can be woven or in bulk; a thermosetting matrix, such as, for example, an epoxy resin, a polyester resin, a vinyl resin, or the like.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the glass sheet 1 and the composite material support 3, advantageously formed by a fibrous material and a prepreg of uncured resin, are coiled at the output of the production facility. continuous of the glass sheet 1, so as to benefit from the residual heat of the glass and thereby ensure the polymerization of the preimpregnated resin. The composite material can be formed with reinforcing fibers of different kinds, for example by a combination of glass fibers and carbon fibers, and of different shape or weave, i.e. woven fibers, in bulk. The nature and the shape of the fibers used for the production of the composite material are preferably determined according to the coefficient of expansion of the glass sheet 1. Thus, it is possible to alternate in adequate proportions a glass fabric and a carbon fabric. so as to obtain a composite material with the same coefficient of expansion, or expansion coefficient substantially similar, that is to say with an approximation of the order of 10%. Thus, during temperature variations to which the multilayer reflective structure could be subjected, the problems of bimetallic effect are eliminated or substantially reduced. Advantageously, the nature and the thickness of the glass sheet and the composite are determined in such a way that the bending neutral fiber of the reflecting structure 10 is located at the glass / composite sheet interface. Such a configuration advantageously makes it possible to minimize the tensile and shear stresses of the glass. Thus, a bending of the reflective structure whose concavity is produced on the glass side will mainly generate compression stresses inside the glass. The reflective structure according to the invention thus makes it possible to withstand stronger curvatures better than a single sheet of glass.
To obtain this configuration, the thickness of the thin glass sheet and the thickness of the support must respect the proportions given by the following relation: epverre = Everre epsupport Esupport with: epverre Thickness of the glass sheet; ePsupport Media Thickness; Everre - Young's module of the glass sheet; Esup port- Young's modulus of support. Thus for example, a glass sheet 1 millimeter (mm) thick, having a Young's modulus of 60 GPa, will be associated with a composite material support of 0.25 mm thick if it This is formed by a carbon-epoxy composite having a Young's modulus of 240 GPa. The reflective structure 10 thus produced is intended to be cut and shaped for various applications, for example for the realization of solar concentrators, of parabolic, parabolic-cylindrical shape. To this end, the method of producing a solar concentrator comprises a first step of manufacturing the reflective structure 10 by assembling the various layers described above, so as to obtain a plane multilayer structure. A second step is to cut the planar structure to the desired dimensions and in particular so as to achieve a shaping of the structure, for example spherical, parabolic, etc. In order to be able to effect the shaping of the structure, it may be necessary to make an outer cut to the dimensions and cuts in the interior with, if necessary, removal of material, for example in the form of a or more slits 13 of possibly variable width. An example of cutting is illustrated by way of example in FIG. 2. In this embodiment, the slots 13 are made in the thickness of the structure 10 which is maintained by the uncut central portion. Finally, in a third step, the cut-out reflective structure is shaped directly on a frame or on a structure having the final shape of the solar concentrator. Thanks to the use of a flexible support made of composite material integral with the thin sheet of glass, for example 1 mm, the reflecting structure according to the invention can accept deformations with radii of curvature of up to 500 mm. . The reflective layer 2 may be made for example by silvering or else by metallization of an aluminum layer, or by any method of depositing a metal layer, such as a vapor deposition process (PVD for Physical Vapor Deposition in English language), a chemical vapor deposition process (CVD), an evaporation process, ... The reflective layer is preferably disposed on the inner face of the glass, that is to say say the side side support so as to be protected. However, to obtain a maximum reflectivity (for example greater than 90%) it could be advantageous to place the reflective layer on the outer face. The multilayer reflective structure according to the invention also has the following advantages: the use of a composite material support makes it possible to prevent the propagation of cracks; thus, an impact resulting from hail or pebbles remains localized; - The structure is easily transportable, manipulable without risk of breakage and can be transported in the form of long lengths; - The structure can be shaped according to a double curvature, especially for the realization of a parabolic reflective structure, by means of appropriate pre-cuts operated for example by water jet; - The cutouts of the reflective structure do not generate break initiation; - The nature of the materials used for the realization of the reflective structure allows for light solar concentrator systems and therefore more easily transportable.
