The present invention relates to a backpack for running or hiking. A backpack for running or hiking conventionally comprises: a back arranged to be pressed against the back of a user; a front face delimiting a loading volume with the back of the bag; two straps consisting of a textile envelope and a padding, such as foam, fixed on both sides to the back of the bag. A disadvantage of such a type of backpack is that during a race or a sustained walk, the shoulder straps rub against the shoulders of the user, producing overheating. In addition, the straps do not perfectly fit the shape of the user's shoulders and the bag is improperly fitted to the user's back. Thus, the bag bounces on the back of this user, and exercises each rebound a shock on his shoulders. Such a type of backpack and hinders the user in its progression. Finally, by the presence of the padding, the straps retain perspiration, so that the user has an uncomfortable feeling of moisture in the shoulders. Moreover, a retention of perspiration quickly leads to the proliferation of mold inside the straps. The invention aims to remedy all or part of these disadvantages. The invention thus relates to a rucksack for running or hiking comprising: a back arranged to be pressed against the back of a user; a front face fixed on the back of the bag, and delimiting a loading volume with the back of the bag; and - at least one strap attached to both sides of the back of the bag; Characterized in that each strap comprises at least one support portion arranged to bear on a shoulder of the user, and made in the form of an elastomeric plastic strip. The strap of the backpack according to the invention has a better adhesion than a textile strap, by the presence of the bearing portion 35 of elastomeric material. The friction exerted by the strap on the shoulder of the user, and therefore, the heating is limited.
In addition, the support portion has a flexibility such that the strap deforms and perfectly matches the shape of the shoulder of the user. The bag is then perfectly pressed against the back of the user. Thus, in use conditions, the amount of rebounding of the bag on the back of the user is reduced. Finally, the support portion is adapted to deform elastically. Thus, shocks caused by rebounds are amortized. Consequently, wearing a backpack according to the invention is more comfortable than wearing backpacks of the state of the art.
The backpack according to the invention may include one or more of the following features. Preferably, the elastomeric plastics material has a shore hardness of between 20 and 50 ShA, and preferably between 30 and 40 ShA.
For example, the bearing portion is made in the form of a polyurethane (PU) strip. Advantageously, the bearing portion comprises at least one longitudinal opening formed therethrough. By "longitudinal opening" is meant an opening extending substantially in a direction parallel to the direction of extension of the ramp. Such an opening facilitates the deformation of the strap around the shoulder of the user. Preferably, the bearing portion has a variation of width, so that the width of the support portion at its center is less than the width of the bearing portion at its ends. Under these conditions, the deformation of the strap around the shoulder of the user is facilitated more. Still advantageously, the bearing portion comprises a plurality of orifices formed therethrough having a section 30 of between 2 and 15 mm 2. Such orifices promote evacuation of the transpiration produced under the support portion of the ramp, and therefore limits the formation of mold. According to one characteristic, the thickness of the bearing portion is between 1 and 8 mm, and the width of the bearing portion is between 40 and 70 mm.
For example, for a backpack whose loading volume is between 5 and 20 liters, the cross section of the bearing portion is between 50 and 150 mm 2. For a backpack whose loading volume is between 20 and 5 liters, the cross section of the bearing portion is between 150 and 450 mm 2. For a backpack with a loading volume greater than 50 liters, the cross section of the support portion is greater than 400 I111112. According to a first embodiment, the support portion is attached directly to an upper end of the back of the bag; each strap comprises a connecting portion made at least partly of a textile material; and in that the bearing portion is attached indirectly to a lower end of the back of the bag via the connecting portion. An elastic polymeric material has a higher cost than a textile material. By making only the bearing portion in such a material, and not the entire strap, the cost of each strap is minimized. According to a second embodiment, each strap is made entirely of elastic polymer material. Under these conditions, the manufacture and recycling of the ramp are facilitated. Finally, the backpack preferably comprises two straps, the ends of which are fixed to the back of the bag, each strap including at least one support portion arranged to bear on a shoulder of the user, and made in the form of an elastomeric plastic strip. The invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows with reference to the appended diagrammatic drawings showing, by way of nonlimiting example, an embodiment of a backpack according to the invention. Figure 1 is a three-quarter front view of a backpack for pedestrian running; Figure 2 is a rear view of the bag of Figure 1; Figure 3 is a side view of a user carrying the bag of Figures 1 and 2; Figure 4 is a top view of a bearing portion of a shoulder strap of the bag of Figures 1 and 2; and Figure 5 is a side view of the bearing portion of Figure 4. Figures 1 to 3 show a backpack 4 is a bag for running 5 (also called "trail bag" in English). The backpack 4 comprises: a back 6 arranged to be pressed against the back of the user; - A front face 8 fixed on the back 6, and delimiting a load volume with the back 6; and 10 - two straps 10 fixed on both sides to the back 6. Each strap 10 comprises a bearing portion 10a arranged to bear on a shoulder of the user and a connecting portion 10b. The bearing portions 10a and 10b of the connection are fixed together by a seam 12. The bearing portions 10a are attached directly to an upper end of the back 6 by a seam 14. The connecting portions 10b are attached directly to a lower end of the back 6 by a seam 16. The bearing portion 10a is shown in more detail in Figures 4 and 5. This bearing portion 10a is made in the form of an elastomeric plastic strip. The elastomeric plastic material has a Shore hardness of between 30 and 40 ShA. In the example, the elastomeric plastic is polyurethane (PU) and is made by injection. The bearing portion 10a comprises two longitudinal openings 18 arranged symmetrically with respect to a transverse plane P. These openings 18 promote the deformation of the ramp around a direction transverse to the direction of extension D of the ramp 10. The bearing portion 10a includes a central opening. This opening 20 is circular and is arranged symmetrically with respect to the plane P. The opening 20 makes it possible to omit the projecting injection point, and to further facilitate the deformation of the strap 10 around a transverse direction at 30.degree. the extension direction D of the shoulder strap 10. The bearing portion 10a finally comprises a plurality of orifices 22 formed therethrough, each having a section of between 2 and 15 mm 2. The bearing portion has a length I between 140 and 200mm.
The bearing portion 10a has a width L between 40 and 70mm. The width L varies over the length I, so that the width L of the bearing portion 10a substantially in the middle is less than the width L of the bearing portion 10a at its ends.
25 The bearing portion 10a has a thickness e of between 3 and 8 mm. In the example, the thickness e is constant over the entire length! and is equal to 3mm. Each strap 10 has increased adhesion relative to a textile strap, by the presence of the bearing portion 10a elastomeric material. The friction exerted by the bearing portion 10a on the shoulder of the user, and therefore, the heating is limited. In addition, the support portion 10a has a flexibility such that the strap 10 is deformed and perfectly matches the shape of the shoulder of the user. The back 6 of the bag 4 is then perfectly pressed against the back of the user. Thus, in use conditions, the amplitude of the rebounds of the bag 4 on the back of the user is reduced. Finally, the bearing portion 10a is adapted to deform elastically. Thus, shocks caused by rebounds are amortized. As is obvious, the invention is not limited to the sole embodiment of the backpack described above by way of example, it encompasses all the variants. Alternatively, each bearing portion 10a can be made by cutting an elastomeric plastic strip obtained by calendering or extrusion. 25
