FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of shelters for ornamental pools and in particular to adaptations for carrying out the evacuation of rainwater and the restraint. filling panels in the best conditions. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART The ornamental pond shelters are above ground structures providing the protection of the pool and formed of an assembly of profiles ensuring the framing and support of roofing panels. These shelters being capable of receiving rainwater, it is particularly important that the water flowing on said panels is removed to prevent its passage into the protected volume. If the use of 20 panels oriented to form a slope can guide the flow, water drainage must be solved when the flange of the panel ends with a profile ensuring its framing and / or support. Indeed, said profiles become the receptacles of said water. In addition, the connection between the framing profiles of different corner or shaped panels must take this function into account. Indeed, if the evacuation of the water received by the roofing elements of a low shelter each formed of a single polycarbonate panel can be managed at the two edges of said panels, the management of the functionality of the Drainage must be performed on each inter-panel linkage area for a top sheltering roof element formed by a plurality of cover panels adopting different tilt angles. In addition to the management of the inclination, the implementation of the drainage functionality must take into account that the panels to be connected and therefore the profiles framing them can adopt different shapes as is the case in the cases of shelters with rotating roof elements such as those used in a roundhouse at the end of a pool enclosure or for the purpose of protecting a spa-type pool. Examples of this type of shelter are described in WO2011067545. It appears in these examples that the panel surfaces are particularly large and are therefore likely to offer a hold wind. The profiles flanking and supporting said cover panels must therefore provide the largest possible retaining surface. However, compared to the thickness of the sheet of material constituting the panel, it is particularly difficult to provide a profile achievable by die capable of providing an enlarged retention surface for these panels. Indeed, to do this, the profile profile should provide a rabbet or a groove of great depth but very small width with respect to said reduced depth, which is particularly difficult to obtain in a die. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Based on this state of affairs, the Applicant has carried out research aimed at providing a solution for retaining panel edges and inter-panel connection that overcomes the aforementioned drawbacks. This research has led to the design and construction of a solution for an ornamental pond shelter capable of adapting not only to shelters with rooftop elements rotating in rotation but also to other shelters whose fixing of the panels is likely to require the resolution of the same technical problems. This ornamental pond shelter is of the type comprising roofing elements formed of a structure of profiles ensuring the reception and support of at least two filler panels, a first panel called lower panel. and a second panel disposed above the first and said upper panel, the top edge of the lower panel being equipped with a high profile on which is fixed a low profile fitted to the bottom edge of the top panel. This shelter is remarkable in that the high profile has an outer bearing surface 10 on which is positioned the top edge of the lower panel, said low profile equipping the bottom edge of the upper panel is preformed to present a downward projection from opposite the outer bearing surface 15 of the high profile, so as to form a rebate of great depth between said bearing surface and said projection downwards. This characteristic of the realization of the reception of the high rim by decomposition of its reception rebate 20 in two parts belonging to two different profiles is particularly advantageous in that it allows a setting position and a holding position respondent if necessary to maintain a position over the widest possible width while avoiding the difficulties of manufacturing by die. It also allows fixing to meet technical problems while making profiles in one piece for the top edge and the bottom edge. In addition, such a technical solution facilitates the installation of the panels and the mounting of the shelter by associating the installation of the upper panel and the fixing of the top edge of the lower panel. According to another particularly advantageous feature of the invention, said outer bearing surface is preformed with an upper projecting rabbet so as to provide an inverted U-shaped (ie downwardly oriented) profile. ) of dimensions adapted to the reception and the retention of the high end of the top edge of the vertical panel. This U-shaped profile has the depth that can be achieved for such a small panel width and can achieve panel retention only on a very small width strip. It nevertheless provides a complement to the restraint proposed by the rebate composed of two low and high associated profiles 10 whose low projection covers the second rabbet. In order to facilitate the positioning, the bottom profile is equipped in its lower part with a combination of angle-forming surfaces cooperating with a combination of equivalent angle surfaces equipping the upper part of the high section. The other technical problem that the invention seeks to solve relates to drainage. The implementation of this drainage advantageously exploits the above characteristics. To do this, the low profile which receives in its hollow core drainage water flowing on the upper panel, is preformed with at least one orifice positioned to open said hollow core in a space between the outer surface of the panel and the inner surface of said projection downward. To present a downward projection for holding in position but also to allow communication of the hollow core of the low profile with the outer surface of the bottom panel, said bottom profile 30 projects outwardly with respect to the vertical plane which is formed by the top profile and the top edge of the lower panel associated therewith. Such an inter-panel bonding solution is particularly suited to the ornamental pond shelter configuration comprising rotating roof elements where the lower panel is vertical and constitutes a cylindrical surface whose axis substantially corresponds to to the axis of rotation of said roof element and wherein the upper panel is constituted by an angular portion taking up in the lower part a circular rim of the same axis and a triangular shape to join said axis. The high and low profiles are then curved profiles. The filling panels can be made of different materials such as: - honeycombed polycarbonate, - single-leaf polycarbonate, - textile, - textile associated with a plastic film, - etc.
The basic concepts of the invention having been described above in their most elementary form, other details and characteristics will emerge more clearly on reading the description which follows and with reference to the appended drawings, giving non-limiting example, an embodiment of a shelter for ornamental pond according to the invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1 is a schematic drawing of an outer perspective view of an embodiment of a shelter according to the invention; Figure 2 is a schematic drawing of an external perspective view of another embodiment of a shelter according to the invention; Figure 3 is a schematic drawing of a sectional view illustrating the connection of the vertical panels and with those of roofing. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 1 and 2, the ornamental pond shelters A and A 'comprise rotating roof elements whether to form a spa shelter (cf. Figure 1) or to form a rotunda at the end of a shelter (see shelter A 'Figure 2) These two shelter configurations present the technical problems to be solved described above concerning the retention of the edges of the shelter. panels and the evacuation of water flowing on said panels, in particular on the rotary roofing elements 100. These rotary roofing elements 100 consist of a structure of profiles framing two panels 200 and 300: a first panel 200 is vertical and forms a cylindrical portion following a vertical axis bending substantially corresponding to the axis of rotation of the roof element, - a second panel 300 forming an angular portion of roof ensuring the junction between the r ebord top of the vertical panel and said axis of rotation. This second panel 300 is inclined so as to direct the rainwater downwards. FIG. 3 illustrates a technological solution of connection between the top edge 210 of the vertical panel 200 and the bottom edge 310 of the second panel 300. The said high edge 210 of the vertical panel is associated with a high curved profile 400 and the said bottom edge 310 of the said second panel 300 is associated with a low curved section 25 500 which is positioned and attached to said high profile 400. Said high profile 400 adopts a preformed hollow core of alveovis 410 for the attachment of amounts at its ends. It also adopts a rectangular profile whose curved vertical face 420 outwardly serves as a bearing surface at the top flange 210 of the panel 200. This vertical surface 420 is preformed with a protruding groove 421 at the top so that to provide an inverted (ie downwardly oriented) U-shaped profile of suitable dimensions for receiving and retaining the upper end 211 of the top flange 210 of the vertical panel 200. The depth said U-profile which offers a vis-à-vis the bearing surface 420 only on a small portion of the latter, corresponds to the maximum depth that can be obtained with respect to the thickness of the panel 200 by means of a method of manufacturing the profile by die. According to the invention, the bottom profile 500 fitted to the bottom edge 310 of the upper panel 300 and which is positioned and fixed on the top profile 400, reduces the retaining surfaces proposed by said rabbet 421. The high profile 500 adopts a core preformed hollow of alveovis 510 allowing the fixing of other profiles at its ends. It adopts in the upper part a U-shaped profile 520 adopting the inclination of the panel 300 and receiving the bottom edge 310 of said panel. It adopts in the lower part a flat surface 530 bearing against the upper horizontal face 430 of the rectangle formed by the profile of the profile 400. The low profile 500 thus bears on the high profile 400 and is held in position by a module of Fixing 600. In order to ensure the optimized retention of the top flange 210 of the panel 200, said bottom profile 500 is sized to protrude beyond the outer surface of the assembly formed by said top flange 210 retained in the profile 400 and is 540. The lower end of this projection 540 is further equipped with an inwardly projecting projection 541 to return to the surface of the panel 200. According to the illustrated embodiment, the lower end of this projection 540 and, consequently its associated return 541, are at a height equal to that of the low surface 440 of the rectangle formed by the profile of the high profile 400. The assembly of the two sections 400 and 500 thus makes it possible to create a rebate F - 8 - for receiving the top edge 210 of the panel 200 having a depth and a width that goes beyond the manufacturing capacities per die of a single section. , thus making it possible to meet the objectives of the invention.
According to the invention, another function optimized by means of the assembly of profiles of the invention relates to the drainage of water flowing on the upper panel and whose path is illustrated by the arrows E.
As illustrated, this drainage exploits the fact that the profile 500 protrudes beyond the vertical plane formed by the outer surface of the vertical panel 200 and the associated high profile 400 in order to direct the flow on the outer surface of said vertical panel 200. this, the bottom of the rabbet 520 hosting the bottom edge 310 of the panel 300 is pierced with at least one hole 521 allowing the water introduced into said rabbet to evacuate. This hole 521 communicates with at least one other hole 531 made in the lower horizontal flat surface of the profile 530 bearing on the profile 400. As illustrated, this hole 531 is advantageously designed so that the water flows between the face 540 and the outer surface of the panel 200. It further appears that the rabbet 421 is preformed with a rounded connection with the rest of the profile 400 so as to optimize the flow orientation. It will be understood that the ornamental hut shelters, which have just been described and represented above, have been intended for disclosure rather than limitation. Of course, various arrangements, modifications and improvements may be made to the example above, without departing from the scope of the invention.
