Abstract

The system has a set of cameras sensitive in a spectral band of emission of lighting units. A field of the cameras covers entire surface of flat screen display devices i.e. rectangular display screens (LCD) and interface zone, where each display device and the interface zone are covered by the cameras. A stereoscopic image analysis device includes a detection unit to detect a position of an object located above the device and/or the zone by analysis of shades produced by the object in images from the cameras and representative of the display device and/or the interface zone.
