B1146FR ACCESSOIRE DE COIFFURE POUR SECHE-CHEVEUX [01] La présente invention concerne le domaine technique des appareils électriques à main utilisés pour le séchage et/ou la mise en forme des cheveux au moyen notamment d'un flux d'air chaud ou par application de chaleur par contact tels que les sèche-cheveux électriques à main, les brosses soufflantes ou encore les fers à lisser ou à friser utilisés par les particuliers et/ou les professionnels. Dans une application préférée mais non exclusive l'invention concerne le domaine des accessoires de mise en forme des cheveux utilisés avec des appareils de coiffure électriques soufflants. [02] Lors du séchage et/ou de la mise en forme d'une chevelure, il peut être nécessaire d'appliquer une contrainte mécanique aux mèches de cheveux en même temps que de les sécher. Cette opération nécessite généralement d'utiliser simultanément, d'une part, un accessoire à main ou les doigts d'une main et, d'autre part, un sèche-cheveux. Les doigts, de la main qui ne tient pas le sèche-cheveux, servent à séparer les cheveux et à décoller les racines tandis que le sèche-cheveux permet d'appliquer de la chaleur sur la zone de travail de la main libre. Or, lorsque cette opération est effectuée par une personne seule sur sa chevelure, elle demande une certaine dextérité et requiert un certain temps. [03] Afin de faciliter ce type de traitement des cheveux, un brevet EP 1 527 710 a proposé un accessoire de coiffure susceptible d'être adapté sur la sortie d'un sèche-cheveux. Cet accessoire de coiffure comprend un corps creux pourvu d'une extrémité de raccordement à la sortie de l'appareil soufflant et d'une extrémité de sortie de l'air et de mise en forme. L'extrémité de sortie est alors associée à une grille de diffusion qui porte des rangées de dents pleines sensiblement parallèles entre elles et à une direction de soufflage de l'air à la sortie. [4] Un tel accessoire permet effectivement de séparer les cheveux en cours de séchage. Toutefois, cet accessoire ne permet pas une mise en volume des cheveux optimale et ne favorise pas un décollement de la racine des cheveux visant à gonfler la chevelure. Ainsi, il est apparu le besoin d'un accessoire de coiffure qui soit susceptible d'être associé à un appareil de coiffure soufflant et qui permette de réaliser de manière rapide et efficace un « décollement » de la racine des cheveux ou une mise en forme de la partie de cheveux située à proximité immédiate du cuir chevelu de manière à ce que son utilisateur puisse réaliser facilement et rapidement une coiffure nécessitant des cheveux «gonflés». [5] Afin d'atteindre cet objectif l'invention concerne un accessoire pour la mise en forme des cheveux, destiné à être adapté à une sortie d'air d'un appareil soufflant de coiffure ou de séchage des cheveux, accessoire comprenant un corps creux pourvu d'une extrémité de raccordement à la sortie de l'appareil soufflant et d'une extrémité de sortie de l'air et de mise en forme associée à au moins un peigne de guidage des cheveux formé de dents sensiblement parallèles à une direction D. Selon l'invention, cet accessoire de coiffure est caractérisé en ce que : - le peigne comprend des dents creuses qui présentent chacune : - à leur base, une entrée pour de l'air en provenance de l'extrémité de raccordement, - entre leur base et une extrémité distale, au moins une ouverture latérale de sortie d'air, - l'extrémité de sortie comprend une bouche de sortie d'air adjacente au peigne. [06] La mise en oeuvre de dents creuses avec des ouvertures latérales permet de bien diffuser l'air de séchage au sein de la masse de cheveux prise en charge par l'accessoire de coiffure tandis que l'air en provenance de la bouche se répartit le long de la masse de cheveux vers les pointes. De plus, les ouvertures latérales des dents permettent de diffuser l'air de séchage au plus près des racines et de bien les décoller. Ainsi, l'accessoire de coiffure selon l'invention permet d'obtenir une coiffure de type « brushing ». [7] Afin de faciliter la mise en oeuvre de l'accessoire de coiffure selon l'invention, notamment, lorsqu'il est adapté sur un sèche cheveux ayant une forme générale de pistolet, les dents du peigne ne s'étendent pas dans le prolongement du corps du sèche cheveux qui est parallèle à la direction du flux d'air en sortie du sèche-cheveux. Ainsi selon une forme de réalisation de l'invention, la direction D des dents du peigne forme un angle a non-nul avec la normale à la section d'entrée de l'extrémité de raccordement de l'accessoire de coiffure. Soit, dit autrement, selon cette forme de réalisation, la direction D des dents du peigne forme un angle a non-nul avec la direction de l'air au niveau de l'extrémité de raccordement de l'accessoire de coiffure. [8] Afin de conférer une bonne ergonomie à l'ensemble formé d'un sèche-cheveux équipé d'un accessoire de coiffure selon l'invention, l'angle a est de préférence compris entre 30° et 160°, plus précisément entre 70° et 110° et par exemple de l'ordre de 90°. [9] Afin de conférer une meilleure ergonomie, l'angle a peut être réglable, par exemple par une liaison pivotante des dents par rapport au corps de la buse. [10] Selon une forme de réalisation vissant à assurer une bonne diffusion de l'air dans la masse de cheveux en cours de traitement par l'accessoire de coiffure, chaque dent creuse comprend au moins deux ouvertures latérales situées sur deux faces opposées de la dent creuse. [11] Selon une variante de cette forme de réalisation, chaque face pourvue d'une ouverture latérale est sensiblement orthogonale à un plan longitudinal du peigne. 30 [12] Selon une autre variante de cette forme de réalisation, chaque ouverture latérale est située en regard de l'ouverture latérale de la dent adjacente. Ainsi, les flux d'air issus des fenêtres en regard se rencontrent, créant des turbulences favorables à la mise en volumes des cheveux. 25 [13] Afin d'augmenter l'efficacité de la mise en forme et selon une caractéristique de l'invention, certaines dents, au moins, du peigne comprennent des moyens de chauffage électriques. [14] Toujours afin d'augmenter l'efficacité de la mise en forme et selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, certaines dents, au moins, du peigne comprennent des moyens d'application d'un produit cosmétique. [15] Dans le même sens et selon encore une autre caractéristique de l'invention certaines dents, au moins, du peigne comprennent des poils de brosses. [16] Selon une forme de réalisation de l'invention, la bouche de sortie présente une forme allongée et s'étend parallèlement au peigne. [17] Selon une variante de cette forme de réalisation, la bouche de sortie est située entre le peigne et l'extrémité de raccordement de l'accessoire. [18] Selon une caractéristique de l'invention, la valeur de la section de passage de la bouche de sortie est supérieure ou égale à la somme des sections de passage des ouvertures latérales de l'ensemble des dents creuses du peigne. [19] Selon une caractéristique de l'invention visant à augmenter l'efficacité de la mise en volume assurée par les dents, certaines dents au moins comprennent des moyens de mise en vibration. Afin de conférer une bonne ergonomie d'utilisation de l'ensemble sèche-cheveux SC / accessoire de coiffure 1, l'angle a est de préférence compris entre 30° et 160° et vaut, selon l'exemple illustré, sensiblement 90°. Chaque dent creuse 11 possède en outre au moins une et, selon l'exemple illustré, deux ouvertures latérales 13 situées entre la base 12 et une extrémité distale 14 de ladite dent creuse 11. Les deux ouvertures latérales 13 sont, dans le cas présent, situées sur deux faces opposées 15 de la dent creuse 11. Chacune de ces faces 15 est sensiblement orthogonale à un plan longitudinal du peigne 10 à travers lequel passent les dents du peigne. Chaque ouverture latérale 13 est en outre aménagée de manière à être située en regard de l'ouverture latérale 13 de la dent adjacente. [38] Selon l'exemple illustré, chaque dent creuse 11 comprend également un déflecteur interne 16 qui dirige l'air en provenance de la chambre de répartition 6 vers les deux ouvertures 13 de ladite dent 11. [39] Lors de l'utilisation de l'ensemble formé par l'accessoire de coiffure 1 et le sèche-cheveux SC, l'air pulsé par ce dernier sort par la bouche 5 et les ouvertures latérales 13. L'air issu de la bouche 5 balaye l'ensemble de la masse de cheveux ou de la mèche traitée en direction des pointes tandis que l'air sortant des ouvertures latérales 13 se diffuse à l'intérieur de la mèche traitée contribuant ainsi à sa mise en volume et au décollement des racines lorsque le peigne 10 est placé contre le cuir chevelu. [40] Selon l'exemple illustré la valeur de la section de passage de la bouche 5 de sortie est supérieure ou égale à la somme des sections de passage des ouvertures latérales 13 de l'ensemble des dents creuses 11. Ainsi la vitesse du flux d'air sortant par les ouvertures latérales 13 est supérieure à la vitesse du flux d'air sortant par la bouche 5. Cette caractéristique de l'invention contribue à l'efficacité de la mise en volume assurée par les ouvertures latérales 13.
