Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method and an anchoring stake in the ground, particularly for loose soil, earth or sandy soil. The technical field is the installation and fixing of objects, and more particularly of small thickness, flexible and large area, to cover a floor surface so for example, if the object is tight, to make basins of water retention, or, in general, constitute a separation interface between a material and the soil. To maintain such objects, such as textile, canvas, geotextile or other flexible, flexible and thin material sheets with respect to their surface, few solutions exist to date; and installers, in order to prevent such objects generally covering large areas from being lifted by wind or other external phenomena, must be content to use empirical means such as placing heavy objects on them. peripheral edges of their surface or use simple stakes driven into the ground, but if it is loose or sandy, such stakes are quickly torn off and do not allow 25 to ensure the maintenance of the object. It is true that piles are complex enough to allow, whatever the consistency of the soil, to ensure a satisfactory anchorage, as described in the patent application FR 2 945 554 of May 12, 2009, but such piles are manufactured. and implementation relatively complicated and are therefore too expensive for a use that is very simple and sometimes only temporary. The problem is to propose an implementation solution and a device allowing this implementation, which allow the anchoring in an efficient and durable manner, with a minimum vertical resistance of 25 kg and depending on the ground that can go beyond. beyond, on tearing, all kinds of objects or articles, and essentially flexible, flexible and thin in relation to their surface, and in particular in the case of loose soil for also the anchoring of objects or articles hard. A solution to the problem posed is an anchoring method in the ground for fixing thereon objects of small thickness and flexible with the aid of at least one stake having a cylindrical body whose distal end is in tip shape and the proximal end has a flat head perpendicular to the cylindrical body and adapted to be driven into said floor, and as according to the invention: - is interposed between the face of the object intended to come into contact with the the ground surface and the latter, at least one washer of large external diameter, such as at least six times the diameter of the cylindrical body of the stake, and pierced with an orifice adapted to receive a stake, - said plate is pressed against the washer and the ground surface and the stake is pushed through successively the object, the orifice of the washer and the ground until the head of the stake comes into contact with the face of the object opposite to that in contact with the ground, - we renew the operation with as many stakes and washers as desired. Another solution to the problem posed for the implementation of the above method in loose soil is an anchor post to be driven into this soil, having a cylindrical body whose distal end is in the shape of a point. As according to the invention, said stake comprises at least two lateral arms secured to the cylindrical body by their end closest to the point and whose other ends are free, said arms being arranged along said body and uniformly distributed over the periphery of it. In a preferred embodiment, particularly for objects of small thickness and flexible, said post comprises a sliding washer along its cylindrical body and adapted to bear under its flat head. According to a preferred embodiment, the cylindrical body of the post is of semi-rigid plastic material, such as polymer, composed of polyoxymethylene copolymer, constituting a polyacetate resin, such as the colorless Eurotal C9. This characteristic could be described as semi-rigid considering that the post must be able to bend at 90 ° without breaking and withstand lateral traction of at least 50 kg when it is held at both ends (with a distance of 20 cm) and that the force is applied to the medium, knowing then that the force up to which it returns to its initial position, therefore without plastic deformation, is at least 30 kg; in addition, the cylindrical body of the stake must be able to withstand an axial thrust of at least 30 kg for a height of 20 mm without flaming. The semi-rigidity characteristic of such stakes allows them to be driven into a loose soil with the aid of either a hammer or even with bare hands depending on the density of the ground, said stakes being relatively flexible and its tip can thus avoid any obstacle it might encounter, and these lateral arms spreading in the ground, like the whales of an umbrella, when one tries to remove the stake, ensure resistance to tearing, even in a soil of cohesion and friction rather weak, as are most soft soils. In addition, the point of the peg allows the piercing of the object when it is made of nonwoven material, fabric or other easily pierceable material, and in the case of material which is difficult to pierce, precursors of holes in it; and the washer which sandwiches said object with the ground, assures the support and the holding of the object against it without risk of driving and / or piercing of the head through the object and / or deterioration of it by this head. The result is a new method and anchoring stake in the ground, in particular in soft ground, in which the pulling force of the stake is, thanks to the invention, greater than the force necessary for its insertion into this ground. and specially adapted for large, thin and flexible objects, but which can be used with harder and stiffer objects.
The advantages mentioned above for their implementation, as well as the simplicity of manufacture of the stakes, prove the interest, and the description and the accompanying figures give examples of embodiments. Other embodiments are however possible within the scope of the present invention. FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C are side, side and top representations of an anchor post according to the invention for soft floors, FIGS. 2A and 2B are side and top views. of another post allowing the implementation of the method according to the invention for hard floors, - Figures 3A and 3B show the washer, in top view and profile, as in the invention, - the figure 4A is a perspective view showing an implementation of the method for holding a tarpaulin against the ground with, by way of example, the use of four anchoring stakes according to the invention arranged on one side of this tarpaulin, FIG. 4B is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 4A and FIG. 4C is a perspective view of the placement of a post and its washer with respect to said cover. In the context of the present invention, a "loose" ground, a soil such as, when such a stake is supported as shown in FIG. 1A, according to the invention with its lateral arms, and with a force of up to At about 35 kg, it sinks into this soil; however, if a force beyond 35 kg is required, the floor will no longer be considered a "piece of furniture" and a post without lateral arms and shorter, such as that represented in FIG. 2A, must be used.
According to the representation of FIGS. 4, the anchoring method in the ground 10 for fixing thereon object 9, such as that schematized here, of small thickness, of large surface and flexible, such as a geotextile cover as the brand "BIDIM" ® using at least one peg 1, having a cylindrical body 2 of axis XX 'whose distal end is shaped tip 3 and the proximal end has a head 6 flat perpendicular to the axis X 'and able to be driven into said ground 10, is such that: - is interposed between the face of the object 9 intended to come into contact with the surface of the ground 10 and the latter at least a washer 7 of large external diameter and pierced with an orifice 8 adapted to receive a stake 1, said orifice being pre-drilled when the sheet is resistant or being pierced by the stake itself when it is a tarpaulin of the geotextile type, - said object 9 is pressed against the washer 7 and the soil surface 10 and ounce, either by hand or with a small mass 12, along its axis XX 'said peg 1 through successively the object 9, the orifice 8, the washer and the soil 10 until that the head 6 of the stake 1 comes into contact with the face of the object 9 opposite to that in contact with the ground 9, - the operation is repeated with as many stakes 30 1 and washers 7 as desired, as shown on Figures 4A and 4B.
For the implementation of such a method, it can be used for hard ground an anchoring stake with a cylindrical body 2 uniform between its head 6 and its tip 3 as shown in Figures 2A and 2B, while for loose floors, a post as shown in FIGS. 1A to 1C is used: such a peg is longer than that in FIG. 2, or with a cylindrical body at least twice as long; so intended to be driven into a "loose" floor, it comprises at least two integral arms 4 of the cylindrical body 2 at their end 11 closest to the point 3 and whose other ends 5 are free; said arms 4 are arranged along said body 2, uniformly distributed over the periphery thereof and whose length is such that their free end is at most 20% above the half of the cylindrical body 2 calculated from its point 3. In all cases, said anchoring stake comprises a cylindrical body 2 of axis XX 'whose distal end is in the form of a tip 3 and the proximal end comprises a flat head 6 such that in form of disk perpendicular to the axis XX '. The anchoring stake also includes in all cases a washer 7, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, which may be made of the same material as the body of the stake itself: this washer 7, sliding along the body 2 and adapted to bear under the head 6, has an orifice 8 whose section is for it equal to or slightly greater than that of the cylindrical body 2 with a cylindrical central shape provided with peripheral notches 81 each corresponding to an arm 4 and depth of at least equal to the extra thickness of the arm, when it is pressed against the body 2 of the stake. These arms 4 are of rectilinear shape and deviate in the rest position, that is to say when the post is stored without any external constraint, the cylindrical body 2 from the end 11 integral thereof to that free 5 at an angle of at least 5 °, and at best 7 °. Preferably, to obtain sufficient rigidity, while keeping a minimum flexibility, the ratio between the length 1,1 of the cylindrical body 2 and the diameter d thereof is between 25 and 33, and preferably 28 at 30, and to have a good tear resistance, the ratio between the length 1,1 of the cylindrical body 2 and the length 1 of these arms 4 is between 2.5 and 4.5, preferably 3 to 3,5, or for an embodiment where the length 1,1 of the cylindrical body is 260 mm, the diameter d is 9 mm and the length 1 of the arms 4 is 80 mm. Furthermore, the ratio between the length 1,1 of the cylindrical body 2 and the distance b + c between the end 11 of the arms 4 closest to the tip 3 and the latter is between 5 and 8, preferably 6.5, or in an exemplary embodiment for a length L1 25 of the cylindrical body 2 of 260 mm, a peak height b of 20 mm and a distance b + c between the end 11 of the arms 4 and this tip 3 of 40 mm. To obtain sufficient rigidity and strength of the arms 4, to anchor better in the ground 30 during tearing forces F, while giving them enough flexibility to be glued against the cylindrical body 2 during the sliding of the washer 7, the ratio between the diameter d of the cylindrical body 2 and the thickness h of the arms 4 is between 3 and 5; and in one embodiment where the length L1 of the cylindrical body is 260 mm, for a diameter d of 9 mm, the thickness h of the arms 4 may be 2 mm and their width 3.8 mm. Preferably, the end 11 of the arms 4 is integrated in the body 2 of the stake for better outer surface continuity without creating roughness.
With regard to post 1 of FIGS. 2A for hard floors, its length L 2 is preferably of the order of one-half, ie 120 mm with a length b 2 of the tip 3 of 20 mm and a diameter d of the cylindrical body 2 of the same value as that of the stake of Figures 1, in this example equal to 9 mm. The diameter k of the disk-shaped head 6, for the piles of FIGS. 1 and 2, is at least four times the diameter d of the cylindrical body 2, ie in the present example 38 mm; and the outer diameter 0 of the washer 7 is at least equal to six times that of the diameter d of the cylindrical body 2 and even eight times, ie in the present example with a diameter of the cylindrical body of 9 mm, a diameter 0 of the washer 75 mm, also on the order of twice the external diameter k of the heads 6 of the pegs 1.
