Abstract

The guard has a lightweight paper sheet (1), and a frame that is utilized for supporting a geometry of the sheet so as to enable positioning of the sheet in an open position around a plant e.g. vine plant, and for removing the plant. The sheet comprises a portion arranged parallel to the plant to be protected and another portion arranged perpendicular to the former portion. A cooperating structure cooperates with a folded sheet in a closed position around the plant. A closing unit closes the frame for protecting the plant from plant species.

Le domaine de l'invention est celui des protège-plants pour vigne, arbre, plante de décoration ou toute autre espèce végétale. Il a déjà été proposé différentes structures de protèges-plant pour la plupart comprenant des coques dures telles que celles décrites dans la demande de brevet FR 97 10630, ou bien au contraire des structures très légères telles que celles décrites dans la demande de brevet FR 03 00952 qui risquent par vent fort de se replier sur elles-mêmes et donc d'empêcher le développement du plant qu'elles sont censées protéger, pouvant même entrainer la mort du plant. Dans ce contexte la présente invention a pour objet un nouveau protège-plant à structure légère dont la conception ne lui permet pas de se replier sur lui-même, facile à positionner en position ouverte et facile à retirer. Plus précisément, la présente invention a pour objet un protège-plant pour plant d'espèce végétale, comprenant une structure légère et souple de feuille de papier, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre : - une armature supportant ladite structure légère de géométrie telle qu'elle permette de positionner la structure légère en position ouverte autour d'un plant et de la retirer dudit plant, ladite armature comprenant une première partie destinée à être parallèle au plant à protéger et une seconde partie perpendiculaire à la première partie comprenant une structure apte à coopérer avec la structure légère repliée en position fermée autour dudit plant ; - des moyens de fermeture de ladite structure légère autour de ladite armature destinée à protéger un plant. Selon une variante de l'invention, la structure légère est une feuille 30 de papier. Selon une variante de l'invention, la feuille de papier comporte au moins trois plis marqués permettant de maintenir en position ouverte ladite feuille. Selon une variante de l'invention, l'armature présente un pied vertical 35 prolongé dans un plan perpendiculaire audit pied par un ensemble composé d'au moins trois tiges continues définissant une structure horizontale en forme de U plus ou moins arrondie. Selon une variante de l'invention, l'armature présente deux pieds verticaux reliés par au moins une tige située dans un plan perpendiculaire 5 auxdits pieds, définissant une structure verticale en forme de U.
