Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de réalisation d'une composition pour peinture aqueuse, ledit procédé comprenant le mélange dans une phase aqueuse - d'un pigment dioxyde de titane sous forme de particules enrobées avec au moins un dérivé d'aluminium, et - d'au moins un sel métallique d'acide gras comportant de 8 à 24 atomes de carbone, à chaîne linéaire ou ramifiée, pouvant comporter une ou plusieurs insaturations ; le pourcentage en masse de sel métallique d'acide gras par rapport au dioxyde de titane étant compris entre 0,01 % et 5%. Le ou les sels métalliques d'acides gras permettent une excellente dispersion du dioxyde de titane au sein d'une phase aqueuse. Ces sels métalliques d'acides gras proviennent avantageusement de savon de Marseille. L'invention se rapporte également à un ou plusieurs mélanges pulvérulents, destinés à être mélangés à de l'eau pour former une peinture aqueuse selon un tel procédé.
