Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de détection d'objets dans un flux d'individus, lesdits objets étant susceptibles d'être portés par des individus. Le dispositif comporte au moins : - un tapis roulant (41) sur lequel sont placés les individus ; - au moins deux scanners (301, 302) disposés chacun de part et d'autre du tapis et décalés l'un part rapport à l'autre, destinés à former une image radar d'au moins une partie de chaque individu (42) lui faisant face ; - des moyens de traitement ; chaque scanner comportant au moins un émetteur hyperfréquence relié à une source de signaux hyperfréquence et un récepteur hyperfréquence reliés à des circuits de réception destinés à transmettre les signaux reçus numérisés aux moyens de traitement, l'émetteur et le récepteur étant fixés sur un disque en rotation, un signal étant émis en direction de chaque individu (42) pour plusieurs positions (p) de l'émetteur et du récepteur dans l'espace. L'invention s'applique notamment pour la détection d'objets dangereux, tels que des armes ou des explosifs par exemple, dans un flux de personnes.The present invention relates to a device for detecting objects in a flow of individuals, said objects being capable of being worn by individuals.
