Abstract
Procédé de préparation d'une pâte papetière à partir d'une poudre d'algues, cette poudre d'algues étant préparée par séchage d'algues et/ou de cellulose de flottaison issue du traitement d'algues, à une température inférieure à 150°C, jusqu'à ce que les algues et/ou la cellulose de flottaison ait un taux d'humidité dans l'intervalle de 1 à 20% en poids, et broyage des algues et/ou de la cellulose de flottaison de façon à obtenir une poudre ayant une granulométrie dans l'intervalle de 5 à 100µm. Le procédé de préparation de la pâte papetière comprend le mélange d'une poudre d'algues du type précité, à de l'eau et à des fibres de cellulose issues de bois et/ou de plantes, la poudre d'algues apportée au mélange représentant au moins 20% du poids total de la poudre d'algues et des fibres de cellulose issues de bois et/ou de plantes. Cette pâte papetière permet de fabriquer un papier présentant une forte opacité et une surface homogène sans inclusion.
