Abstract

The system has a power transmission device (20) including a set of hydraulic gears (21, 24) for determining gear ratio between a hydraulic engine (13) and a power output device (15). A planetary gear train (35) is arranged at an exit of a heat engine (11) to provide mechanical power to a hydraulic pump (12) and to the output device via another power transmission device (50). The latter transmission device is placed between the planetary gear train and the output device, and authorizes coupling or decoupling of the planetary gear train and the output device.
