Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de plier et déplier les EMBALLAGES LEGERS pour fruits et légumes , généralement en bois ou dérivés des bois (contre plaqués , MDF , panneaux de fibres etc. )..de type : plateaux , cageots , cagettes , barquettes etc... fabriqués a PLAT afin que le voume de ceux-ci soit considérablement réduit , lors du stockage et du tranport ; facilitant grandement la logistique avant l'emploi final . Volume a plat réduit de 15 a 30 fois par rapport au emballages traditionnels connus ,et aussi suivant les modéles .(dessin 1 ) Traditionnellement ces emballages légers ,sont fabriqués au volume par agrafage des différentes piéces : fond , cotés , extrémités ou têtières ( dessin 2 ). Le dispositif de fabrication selon l'invention permet de produire entiérement a plat avec des usinages en V a 90°(figure 3 ) ; les piéces sont ensuite tenues entre elles par un fil d acier spécial de qualité P 3/4 dur de 1000 Newtons au mm/2, ou C 18 D de section 10/10 ou 12/10'''' (norme EN 10016 ) ;( voire aussi par adhésif haute résistance ); permettant un pliage facile des cotés et des extrémités lors de l'emploi définitif ( écartement des fils de fixationttype agrafe)50 a 100 mm (figure 4 et4a ) Le bloquage de l'emballage plié est assuré par RIVET SAPIN double ou un RIVET A ENCLIQUETER* double ,réunissant les 2 retours des cotés et la têtière , des deux extrémités , lors de l'utilisation fmale ( les deux rivets doubles sont préposés sur les retours des cotés lors de la fabrication ) (figure 5 et 5arivet en nylon noir/polyiamide voir FT ) Ce nouveau procédé est conforme a la norme NF 03003-1 et NIMPI5, qui confére au au produit fini une solidité équivalente aux produits traditionnels de dimensions courantes . La solidité de cet emballage léger réside principalement par le bon clipsage du retour des cotés et de la têtière *; qui est doublée d'un renfort au niveau de la prise de main pour une meilleure portabilité , renforcant aussi la résistance au gerbage (figure 6et7) La nature des produits référéncés pour la production : bois , contre plaqué , MDF , panneau de fibres..etc... devra être conforme aux normes alimentaires ;et SGS ; les panneaux peuvent recevoir tous filmages avant production : PVC , papier skin,ou peinture et sérigraphie etc... Ne pas négliger le coté recyclable de ce procédé qui permet de remettre a plat l'emballage plus utilisé chez 1 épicier ou la grande surface alimentaire , en prenant simplement une pince arrache rivets .
