Appareil de décontamination de l'air contenu dans une zone fermée, par filtration adsorbante, comportant une cuve interne (1) en polymère, contenant un produit adsorbant (6) ladite cuve interne (1) étant entièrement contenue dans une cuve externe (2) en acier inoxydable, et un moyen de circulation d'air (9), configuré pour faire circuler l'air de ladite zone fermée à travers ladite cuve interne (1) de manière à le faire entrer en contact avec ledit produit adsorbant (6) L'appareil selon l'invention peut être utilisé pour décontaminer l'air d'une cave viticole ou vinicole.
