Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] The technical field of the invention is that of buildings or similar constructions intended for a particular use such as swimming pools or wading pools, and more particularly to a bottom-up device. floating mobile of such a construction. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART [0002] The problem of moving bottoms of swimming pools, wading pools or similar constructions already knows several devices, in particular that of the establishment of a means of lift of a pool or paddling pool bottom such as lifting means by cables or articulated arms located at a lower level to said bottom of the pool and able on the one hand, to support it, and secondly, to translate vertically. As such, it is known the patent application EP1174569 A1 which describes a vertical mobile floor device for a pool or similar construction. More particularly, this system describes a device comprising a mobile floor capable of being driven vertically comprising flotation means, a means for lifting said ground along the side walls, a means of stabilizing said ground, said lifting means being characterized in that it comprises a chain hoisting system, motorized and arranged laterally to the pool and assisted by lifting arms able to secure the movement of said mobile floor of the pool. Such devices have the disadvantages, on the one hand, to require a high maintenance cost, on the other hand, in the case of a solution using cables, not to allow uniform operation due including the return cables, their length and length, and finally, this bulky device requires high power engines and the presence of a large technical room nearby. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0005] The device described below aims to overcome the drawbacks of the state of the art and / or in particular to simply and reliably produce a mobile pool or wading pool bottom equipped with a device improved mobile background. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a floating floating pool device comprising a fixed base and erected lateral walls, this device comprising a movable floor capable of floating in a free state, characterized in that the movable bottom device further comprises at least one pulling means down said movable floor, in a stressed state of the latter, the traction means being able to exert a force FT on the movable ground of which a main component FTx is directed towards said fixed bottom. In this way the mobile floor is able to float on the surface if no traction force is exerted on said movable floor, and more particularly when the buoyancy force applied to said movable floor is greater than the addition of the weight. mobile soil and the traction force applied to it. In addition, in the case where a tensile force is exerted, and more particularly when buoyancy pressure applied to said moving ground becomes less than the addition of the weight of said moving ground and the pulling force applied to it downwards said movable ground is able to be placed in an equilibrium position, below the floating level in the free state, the equilibrium position then defined as a state of flotation in the stressed state. The buoyancy and the weight being constants to the same system, only the variation of the tensile force is able to place the moving ground in this stressed state. Advantageously said mobile floor comprises an upper plate and flotation means located below. The flotation means are chosen in particular according to the size of the pool, the coating of the upper plate, and the volume of gas necessary for its flotation. According to another particular feature, the traction means comprises at least one motor and at least one cable. the cable having a first end attached to said movable floor and a second end attached to the pool. Thus by the action of the motor on the cable, the latter is able to create a tension on the latter thus exerting a tensile force on the mobile ground, force directed downwards, which will result in lowering the ground mobile and place it in the requested state of flotation. It is the release of the tension on this said cable which will allow the raising of said mobile floor. In addition, according to an advantageous characteristic the motor is fixed to the upper plate and comprises the first end constituting a cable reserve. The action of the motor is to vary the length of cable for changing the depth of said movable floor. Preferably the fixing of the second end is located on one of said erected walls and more particularly at a maximum distance from the fixed bottom equal to the largest thickness of the moving ground so as to descend the mobile ground to the nearest fixed bottom of the pool. According to a particular feature, the mobile pool bottom device comprises at most a cable return, by cable, capable of serving as a point of application of the force whose main component is directed towards the fixed bottom in perimetry of the upper shelf. Is meant to be a return any motion transmission member changing the direction thereof, in particular the cable. The limitation of cable returns to a cable element thus allows to limit the length of the cables and allows to answer the technical problem. As a result, the cable elongation problem is very solved and allows uniform operation of the device. In order to ensure the security of said device said mobile floor is capable of supporting in floating an overload of 150kg / m2. In addition, the present movable bottom device comprises means for stabilizing said movable floor vis-à-vis said side walls, said stabilizing means being located in perimetry of said movable floor and are cylinders able to come into contact with one of the walls erected. This is to ensure the stability of the mobile floor and its blockage regardless of its position relative to the fixed bottom of the pool. For example, an intermediate position is useful to avoid any risk of drowning. The technical elements mentioned in this description are technical elements whose maintenance is particularly easy, which allows to dispense with any nearby technical room. In addition, the reduced volume of said mobile bottom device allows on the one hand to implement it on any new pool but also on existing pools without requiring modification of the outdoor space. It should also be noted that this device provides a mobile bottom means for a pool and this can matter the shape of the pool. Indeed, the shape of the pool does not necessarily have to be rectangular or square but can actually be free. In addition, the multiplication of traction means to limit the effort provided by the engine also responds to the environmental problem related to energy. Indeed, the power required to create a traction force is such that the use of low voltage motors is possible, hence the possibility also to use a solar power source. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES [0021] Other characteristics, details and advantages of the invention will emerge on reading the description which follows, with reference to the appended figures, which illustrate. - Figure 1 shows a diagram of a mobile floating bottom device for swimming pool according to a particular embodiment; FIG. 2 shows another detailed diagram of a floating floating pool device according to this same particular embodiment. For the sake of clarity, identical or similar elements of the various embodiments will be marked by identical reference signs throughout the figures. Their description will not be systematically repeated from one embodiment to another.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT [0023] FIG. 1 shows a diagram of a mobile floating bottom device (1) for a swimming pool according to a particular embodiment. Indeed a swimming pool, built here in masonry, more precisely comprises a fixed bottom (2) and side walls erected (3). Disposed on the surface of the water is positioned a movable floor (4) comprising an upper plate (6) and flotation means (7) distributed equitably below the upper plate (6) is integral with each other. These flotation means are here floats filled with a volume of air calculated according to parameters such as the size of the pool and the coating of the upper plate (6) so as to ensure the floating of said movable floor (4). The coating of this upper plate (6) can be for example tiled or wood. Traction means (5) comprise a motor (8) and a cable (9) whose first end (10) is fixed to the movable ground (4), more precisely and preferably to the upper plate (6), and a second end (11) is attached to the pool. The motor (8) here forming part of the upper plate (6) allows, in this embodiment, to come and fix the first end (10) of the cable (9). As a result, the motor (8) comprises a cable reserve (9) and is able to unroll and wind up said cable around a motor axis. In addition, a cable return (12) is disposed between the first and second ends, here in perimetry of the upper plate (6) so that it is able to serve as a point of application P of the force FT. The main component FTX is vertical. It is pointing down. In this way the tension of the various cables of the traction means around the upper plate (6) exert FT forces distributed in different application points P of the mobile ground (4) whose main components FTx applied in each of these said application points P are directed towards said fixed bottom (2) and will induce a traction displacement of the moving ground (4). In addition, the effect of Archimedes thrust applied to the entire moving ground will induce the sought-after solicited floatation state. It is then possible to maintain the moving ground to the desired depth by varying the length of the cables uniformly. In this embodiment, the results obtained are such that the mobile floor is able to withstand in floating an overload of 150kg / m2. In addition, stabilizing means (13) of said movable floor (4) vis-à-vis said side walls (3) are located in perimetry of said movable floor (4). Here, cylinders (13) are arranged such that they are able to come into contact with one of said erected walls (3). [0030] Figure 2 shows another detailed diagram 20 of a mobile floating bottom device for swimming pool according to this particular embodiment. Many modifications can be made to the embodiment described above without departing from the scope of the invention. [0032] Thus, the general shapes of the mobile floor or the pool may be different. Indeed, the shape of the pool is free and allows the device as described to adapt to any form of pool, new or existing. In addition, these means can be of different material. The pool can actually be indifferently masonry or polyester, see another materials. In addition, it is possible to envisage a traction means of which a motor is capable of driving several cables. Finally, it is specified that in the term "cable", one must understand as much a wire or other materials, a structure comprising a succession of links or combinations of similar elements. This is a priori a relatively thin means having two opposite free ends.
