Abstract

Ce dispositif constitué constitué de 2 vis avec écrous permet le liaisonnement des 2 plaques superposées. Ces protections sont placées entre 30 et 50 centimètres au dessus de la canalisation. L'engin de terrassement qui réalise une fouille dans le sol atteindra ces plaques et ne pourra accrocher la canalisation sans détériorer l'ensemble des plaques liaisonnées entre-elles. Le but de l'invention est de fournir un liaisonnement assurant la continuité de la protection et une résistance mécanique suffisante permettant lors du soulèvement de cette protection par une pelle mécanique de ne pas se rompre et ainsi d'éviter un accrochage de la conduite enterrée. Le dispositif de fixation est composé de six éléments : - Deux « vis » (fig.1) - Deux « écrous » (fig.2) - Deux barrettes percées (fig.3) Montage de l'ensemble : 1. Insérer les deux vis dans une barrette jusqu'à ce que la partie inférieure de la tête vienne en appui sur la barrette. La partie conique permet un blocage en rotation des vis (fig.4) 2. Ensuite insérer côté inférieur la plaque la vis côté filetage de telle sorte que la partie conique bloque la barrette en position (fig.5). 3. Poser la plaque percée, la vis extérieure entrant dans le percement. Les deux plaques sont juxtaposées (fig.6). 4. Poser la barrette supérieure et bloquer l'ensemble à l'aide de deux écrous en serrant manuellement l'ensemble, deux tours suffisent (fig.7) grâce au filetage à pas rapide. 5. Plaques de 1.25 de large - 2 dispositifs de liaisonnement (fig.8) Plaques de 1.50 de large - 3 dispositifs de liaisonnement. (fig.8) Plaques de 1.80 et 2 m de large - 4 dispositifs de liaisonnement. (fig.9) 6. Résultat des différents essais (fig.10). L'invention a pour but de permettre toutes les possibilités d'assemblages de plaques de protection, soit bout à bout, soit superposées soit pour assurer la pose en courbes avec un décalage des trous de fixation sur les plaques (fig.11 - fig.12 - fig.13). Cette invention permet également de fixer les dispositifs de la détection par la même opération et assure donc un gain de temps lors de la pose de tous ces ensembles (fig.14). Ainsi l'invention permet d'une façon simple sans outillage particulier, d'assembler ou de désassembler les plaques de protection mécanique. Les éléments composant cette invention sont facilement échangeables ; le stockage est très facile et chaque pièce est indépendante.
