Abstract

The device has a first rigid sole with a low fixed heel (1) and a second sole with a mobile heel (2) including three nonrestrictive side holes provided on two sides of the mobile heel by articulation. A third flexible sole comprises a blocking device (4) that is incorporated in the low fixed heel to have different heights (5-7). The blocking device incorporated in the low fixed heel is constituted of two axes of different diameters actuated by a spring (8), where the device is made of aluminum, rigid plastic or stainless steel.
