The present invention relates to an autoclave and to an installation comprising such an autoclave. In a conventional manner, an autoclave comprises a structure delimiting an enclosure intended to be hermetically closed by a removable cover. An autoclave is especially used for heating at high pressure (of the order of 10 bar) a stiffener composite material. Following recent developments in aeronautics, the stiffeners of composite material replace the metal stiffeners, and are intended to be attached to a curved shell surface of a fuselage of an aircraft to ensure a mechanical strength. Thus, a stiffener has an arcuate profile whose radius of curvature is of the order of several meters. The manufacture of a composite material requires an autoclaving phase in order to polymerize under pressure a thermosetting and / or thermoplastic resin and to extract vacuum or resin pockets trapped in the material. An autoclave known from the state of the art, in particular from document FR 2 616 683, comprises a structure of substantially cylindrical shape of revolution. Due to the arcuate shape of the stiffener, the cylindrical chamber of such an autoclave of the state of the art has a large unoccupied volume when receiving the stiffener in said enclosure. However, this unoccupied volume results in a non-optimal cost of use insofar as this unoccupied volume is also heated at high pressure. The present invention aims to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks and relates to an autoclave for heating under pressure at least one stiffener composite material, comprising a structure defining an enclosure to be sealed by a removable cover, and characterized in that the structure s' extends along a curved guideline. Thus, such an autoclave makes it possible to adapt to the shape of the stiffener.
The unoccupied volume in the enclosure when receiving the stiffener is greatly reduced. This results in limited size of the autoclave structure and also limited usage costs. The reduction of the unoccupied volume makes it possible to reduce the internal surface of the structure delimiting the enclosure of the autoclave.
Now, F = PxS, where: - S is the internal surface of the structure, - P is the pressure applied on the internal surface of the structure, - F is the force applied on the internal surface of the structure. Therefore, to mechanically resist the same pressure, the reduction of the internal surface of the structure reduces the force applied to the internal surface of the structure. Thus, an autoclave according to the invention requires a significantly lower structure thickness relative to the thickness of the structure of an autoclave of the state of the art in order to mechanically withstand the same pressure. This results in a reduction in the cost of purchasing or manufacturing the autoclave. Advantageously, the guideline of the structure has substantially the shape of an arc. Preferably, the arc has a radius of curvature greater than or equal to one meter.
Thus, such a guideline of the structure makes it possible to better adapt to the shape of the stiffener and to optimally reduce the unoccupied volume in the enclosure when receiving the stiffener. According to one embodiment, the structure has a tubular shape, preferably of substantially circular cross section.
Preferably, the structure has substantially the shape of a portion of an open torus. The present invention also relates to an installation comprising: - an autoclave according to the invention, - a loading trolley designed to load a forming matrix of the stiffener inside the chamber of the autoclave. Advantageously, the installation comprises an autoclave comprising a structure extending along a guideline having substantially the shape of a circular arc, and the carriage comprises at least one guide surface of the forming die, said guide surface having a radius of curvature substantially equal to the radius of curvature of the arc of the guideline of the structure of the autoclave. Thus, the loading of the forming die inside the enclosure of the autoclave is facilitated.

The structure 10 of the autoclave 1 further comprises a sealed bottom 12 disposed at a first end of the wall 11, and a cover 13 25 disposed at an opposite second end 110 of the wall 11. The cover 13 is movable between a position closed (illustrated in Figure 1) in which it closes the second end 110 of the wall 11 so that the chamber 100 is sealed, and an open position (shown in Figures 2 and 3) in which it releases a passage to the interior of the enclosure 100. For this purpose, the cover 13 is mounted on an arm 4 extending along a substantially horizontal axis X'-X. The cover 13 is slidably mounted on the arm 4 along the axis X'-X via two rollers 130 sliding in a rail 131.
In addition, the arm 4 is equipped with a counterweight 40 designed to compensate for the weight of the lid 13. The passage of the cover 13 from the open position to the closed position is effected by first pivoting the arm 4 around the l Y'-Y axis so as to align the cover 13 relative to the second end 110 of the wall 11; then in a second step by sliding the cover 13 along the axis X'-X so as to press the cover 13 against the second end 110 of the wall 11. In addition, the autoclave 1 is equipped with an air suction circuit (not shown) for purging the enclosure 100.
