Plus particulièrement, elle concerne ceux comportant une barquette destinée à contenir une part individuelle d'un produit alimentaire, de type quiche, ou tarte. Il est connu de l'art antérieur des emballages comportant des barquettes fermées hermétiquement permettant d'offrir au consommateur un emballage individuel garantissant la conservation et la protection du produit avant l'ouverture. Ce type de produit présente de nombreux avantages, notamment leur capacité à être transporté, pour des consommateurs nomades, qui souhaitent s'alimenter rapidement et dans différents endroits. Toutefois les emballages de l'art antérieur présentent plusieurs inconvénients pour le consommateur. Tout d'abord ces emballages ne permettent pas de consommer le produit alimentaire facilement et sans le prendre avec les mains, notamment lorsque ce dernier a été réchauffé. Cela entraîne pour le consommateur un risque de brûlure et un risque de se salir les mains. De plus la nécessite d'utiliser des couverts en plastique peut être contraignante pour des consommateurs « nomades » qui souhaite se déplacer en s'alimentant. Le but de la présente invention est de pallier ces inconvénients et de proposer un emballage de part individuelle de produit alimentaire offrant à l'utilisateur une consommation facile grâce à une prise en main simple et protégée. A cet effet l'emballage tel que décrit précédemment est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre une pelle amovible présentant une partie de support s'étendant dans un premier plan, et sur laquelle la part individuelle est en appui, la pelle présentant un premier rebord s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan de la partie de support, le premier rebord s'étendant depuis la partie de support jusqu'à une extrémité supérieure et formant un moyen de préhension, la pelle comportant en outre deux rebords secondaires s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan de la partie de support et définissant entre eux une direction secondaire, le premier rebord et les deux rebords secondaires étant disposés les uns part rapport aux autres de sorte à limiter le déplacement du produit alimentaire selon la direction secondaire et dans un premier sens perpendiculaire à la direction secondaire et orienté vers le premier rebord, de sorte à autoriser son déplacement sans un sens inverse au premier sens. Grâce à ces dispositions le consommateur peut extraire le produit sans se brûler et sans se souiller les doigts, et la consommation à chaud et « nomade » du produit alimentaire est rendue aisée grâce au maintien en trois points de la part individuelle. La présente invention propose donc un emballage permettant de faciliter cette consommation nomade, comme cela va être décrit ultérieurement. De manière générale les parts individuelles 12 présentent une forme sensiblement triangulaire, car découpé dans une tarte de forme circulaire. L'emballage tel qu'illustré présente aussi une forme triangulaire s'adaptant parfaitement à la forme de la part individuelle.
