Description

The present invention relates to the filtration of gray wastewater and equipped with an innovative fully automatic mechanical cleaning technology that does not require any paid energy such as electricity, gas, petroleum derivatives, etc. This tank cleaning device for collecting used fluids such as greywater. The present invention is in the field of filtration tanks, basins containing fluids for their decantation and filtration. In the field of these filtration tanks, it is known to regularly and manually remove a basket containing settling deposits, grease and the like, to empty and wash the latter before refitting. These operations are always very restrictive.

The present invention proposes to meet these disadvantages which always consist in using human handling. It is within the framework of a first inventive step that it was imagined to exploit an available energy which is not valorized to date. In the context of a second inventive step, it was thought to use as the motive power the phenomenon of gravity of the used fluid which feeds the settling tanks. Thus, the invention relates to a device for emptying and washing the tanks and other settling tanks by means of a set consisting of a float, a set of rods, springs, pulleys and cables, the assembly actuating a mechanical timer timer connected by various rods and cables, valves distributing a gray water evacuation and a projection of clean water under pressure in order to drain the deposit lying at the bottom of the tank, and to wash said tank under pressure. Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description with reference to an exemplary embodiment given by way of indication and not limitation. The understanding of this description will be facilitated by reference to the accompanying drawings in which, Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 are functional diagrams in accordance with the present invention. In an advantageous embodiment, the receptacle tank of used fluids may be of the settling tank type. According to FIG. 1, the filtration assembly is composed of three tanks 1, 2 and 3, fed with gray water at 5, comprising a float 11, a nozzle 18 for blowing water under pressure, and an evacuation 4 According to FIG. 2, the tank 3 comprises a mobile float 11 whose top is open and whose base can open by means of a drain opening 26 under the disengaging action conjugated between 11 and 12. According to FIG. 1, when the level of the waste water is too high following a saturation of the filter 19, the same waste water then fills the float 11, through its opening 27, causing the float by gravitation. According to Figure 2, the float during its descent under the action of the ballast constituted by its filling of waste water, slides two rods 10 and 10 ', themselves connected to the tray 3 for the rod 10, and a weighted plug 12 and 13 for the rod 10 '.

According to FIG. 2, the descent of the float then controls the sliding downward of the rod 10 of the rod 10 ', which comes into abutment 28 against the abutment 28' thus blocking in its descent the weighted plug 12 and 13 and releasing and the opening 26 of the float 11 thus allowing its emptying. According to Figure 2, the descent of the float 11 controls a rotational movement of 45 pulleys 7 connected to a cable 22 then actuating a timer timer. According to FIG. 2, the timer 14 alternately pushes and pulls the rod 23 which controls the opening and closing of the pressure tap 16, thus allowing cleaning and pressure washing of the discharge grille 19. According to FIG. 2, the descent of the float 11 controls a pull on the cable 50 21, itself connected by means of the pulleys 8 to a valve 16 'controlling the opening or closing of the drain 4, the valve 16' being provided with A return spring 17. The timed opening of the valves 16 and 16 'allows the emptying 4 and the cleaning of the filter 19. According to FIG. 2, the pressurized water pipe is provided at its end with a nozzle of projection 18. According to Figures 1 and 2, the gray water level is maintained by means of an overflow 24 at a level lower than that of the spray nozzle 18, thus preventing contact between the elements. A ballast 15 is responsible for ensuring a constant tension of the cable 22 preventing the last 60 possible exit of the groove of the pulleys 7. According to Figure 1, the emptying actions of the float 11 and the tank 3, as well as stopping the projection 18, control the rise of the float under the action of the springs 9 and 9 'and its closing at 26 by the weighted shutter plug 12 and 13, which restores its buoyancy capabilities in contact with the arrival gray water.

According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the springs 9 associated with the simultaneous action of the spring 17 and the return spring of the timer 14, contribute to the rise of the float 11.
