Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a constructive element comprising a thermal insulation. According to a widely used technique for obtaining an insulated wall inside, a wall of concrete blocks is first made by placing between each row a bed of a binder, in particular a mortar, and between each block of a same rank a seal of said binder, then, is affixed in a second time on its inner face an insulating facing. This embodiment of an isolated wall is relatively long to implement and requires the intervention of two trades, namely a mason and a plaquiste. To reduce the implementation time, blocks called composite blocks incorporating an insulator have been developed. According to one embodiment, a composite block comprises three parts, a panel made of an insulating material such as expanded polystyrene interposed between two concrete blocks. The junction planes of these three elements are arranged vertically and include dovetails to ensure their connections. As before, these composite blocks are assembled on site by placing between each row a bed of binder and between each block of a row a binder joint. In view of the dimensional variations of the materials used, concrete, polystyrene and binder, which are relatively low in the operating temperature range, the assembly of these composite blocks is relatively stable and makes it possible to affix at the level of the outer surface. a coating for aesthetics and reinforce tightness. These composite blocks do not give full satisfaction for the following reasons According to a first disadvantage, these blocks are relatively heavy which accentuates the arduousness of the pose. According to another disadvantage, the implementation is relatively long and tedious insofar as it is necessary to provide between each row a bed of binder and between each block of a row a binder joint.
Finally, for the insulation to be efficient, the beds or binder joints must not be provided in the right insulating panels of each block which contributes to complicating the installation. We also know blocks obtained from a concrete based wood called concrete wood. Unlike concrete obtained from a mixture of mineral aggregates, the wood concrete preferably comprises a mixture of wood aggregates, a binder and possibly mineral aggregates. The blocks thus produced are lighter and have improved thermal properties compared to concrete blocks of equal size. To overcome some disadvantages of the composite block having a polystyrene panel sandwiched between two concrete blocks, one could consider using wood concrete blocks to reduce their weight and improve the thermal properties of composite blocks. However, given the dimensional variation of the concrete blocks wood superior to other materials (concrete, binder, polystyrene), it is not possible to apply at the outer surface a coating without risk of appearing cracks in the level of the junctions of the composite blocks. According to another problem, the dimensional variation of the wood concrete elements will generate spacings between the composite blocks which constitute thermal bridges and alter the thermal properties of the wall thus produced. Also, the present invention aims to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art by providing a constructive element for the realization of a wall incorporating an insulation, to simplify the implementation and improve the thermal properties of the wall thus produced. To this end, the subject of the invention is a constructive element for the production of an insulated wall comprising a first so-called insulating part made of an insulating material and a second part contiguous to the said first insulating part at the level of at least one insulating plane. substantially vertical junction and connecting means for holding them contiguous, characterized in that the second part is made of concrete wood and in that it comprises on the one hand at least one vertical duct and through, opening at the side faces of below and from above or at least one vertical groove extending over the entire height of said second portion provided at at least one lateral face, and secondly, at least one horizontal and through conduit, opening at the level of side faces or at least one horizontal groove provided at the side face from below and / or from above, the ducts and grooves being arranged so as to create a network of ducts; and horizontal when multiple blocks are assembled. Other features and advantages will become apparent from the following description of the invention, a description given by way of example only, with reference to the appended drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a construction element according to FIG. 2 is a side view of a construction element according to the invention; FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a first so-called insulating portion of a construction element according to the invention; FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a second part in concrete made of a construction element according to the invention; FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a wall made from constructive elements according to the invention; before casting reinforcements, - Figure 6 is a vertical section illustrating the reinforcements of a wall made from structural elements according to the invention - Figure 7 is a perspective view of a corner block protruding and FIG. 8 is a view from above FIGS. 5 and 6 show a wall obtained from several constructive elements 10 according to the invention. To give an order of magnitude and by way of example only, a construction element according to the invention has a length of the order of 50 cm to 1 m and a height of the order of 20 cm to 30 cm. Each construction element comprises a first portion 12 said insulating material of an insulating material facing outwardly of the wall and a second portion 14 of wood concrete facing inwards. For the remainder of the description, the term "wood concrete" is understood to mean a concrete comprising at least one binder, at least one type of wooden elements or a mixture of several types of wooden elements with or without at least one type of wood. mineral elements. Preferably, the wood concrete is obtained from wood granules having a particle size of 2/15 (from 2 to 15 mm), and preferably a particle size of 2/8 (from 2 to 8 mm). According to one embodiment, to obtain a cubic meter of wood concrete, the following elements are mixed: 25 - 800 to 1000 liters of wood aggregates, - a binder, for example cement, hydraulic lime or glue, preferably 250 to 450 kg of cement, - possibly 150 to 300 liters of sand (with a particle size of 0/3 or 0/4) According to one embodiment, to obtain a part 14 of wood concrete, it is introduced into a cavity or mold of wood concrete in wet or dry phase. Wood concrete is pressed and vibrated in the said mold cavity or mold before it is demolded and dried to obtain hardening. Preferably, the insulating portion 12 is expanded polystyrene and obtained by molding. The two parts 12 and 14 of the same block are contiguous at a junction plane 16 substantially vertical and include connecting means to keep them contiguous. According to one embodiment, the parts 12 and 14 comprise at the junction plane 16 forms that cooperate with each other. According to the example illustrated in the figures, the junction between the two parts 12 and 14 is obtained by means of dovetail shapes provided on each part 12 and 14 at the junction plane, said dovetails being oriented in the vertical direction. According to one embodiment, the parts 12 and 14 are made separately and then they are assembled by sliding them vertically relative to each other to cooperate the dovetails. Of course, the invention is not limited to this method of assembling the two parts and other solutions could be envisaged, such as gluing or the use of intermediate joining parts. Each portion 12 and 14 has a substantially parallelepiped shape. The insulating part 12 comprises a front face 18 opposite to the junction plane 16 and a top side face 20, a right side face 22, a bottom side face 24 and a left side face 26.
The portion 14 of wood concrete comprises a rear face 18 'opposite the junction plane 16 and a top side face 20', a right side face 22 ', a bottom side 24' and a left side face 26 '. The front 18 and rear 18 'faces are substantially planar so as to obtain a wall with substantially planar surfaces. The upper side faces 20, 20 'of the two parts 12 and 14 are arranged in the same plane. It is the same for the right side faces 22 and 22 ', the bottom side faces 24, 24' and the left side faces 26, 26 '. To limit the thermal bridges, the insulating part 12 comprises at two lateral faces of the projecting ribs 28 and on the other two lateral faces of the recessed grooves 30. The projecting ribs 28 and the recessed grooves 30 are parallel to the junction plane 16 and are arranged in a vertical plane (parallel to the junction plane 16) substantially median. They extend over the entire height or length of the block. The ribs 28 and the grooves 30 have profiles such that the ribs of a first block penetrate the grooves of the adjacent blocks and the grooves of said first block house the ribs of the adjacent blocks. To give an order of magnitude, the ribs have a height of the order of 0.5 cm to 3 cm and a width of the order of 1 to 4 cm. The grooves have complementary shapes with a depth substantially equal to the height of the rib and a width substantially equal to the width of the rib. These ribs 28 and grooves 30 allow to position the blocks relative to each other so as to obtain a wall with substantially flat walls. To improve this positioning, one of the right or left faces of the wood concrete portion 14 comprises a rib 32 and the other left or right face comprises a groove 34, the profiles of the rib 32 and the groove 34 being such that the rib 32 of a first block is housed in the groove of the adjacent block and the groove 34 of said first block houses the rib of another adjacent block. According to an important characteristic of the invention, the portion 14 of wood concrete comprises on the one hand at least one vertical duct 36 and through, opening at the side faces 24 'below and above 20' or at least one vertical groove extending over the entire height of said portion 14 of wood concrete provided at the left side face 26 'and / or right 22', and secondly, at least one horizontal and through duct, opening at the faces left lateral 26 'and right 22' or at least one horizontal groove 38 extending over the entire length of said portion 14 of wood concrete provided at the bottom side 24 'and / or top 20'. According to the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, the part 14 made of wood concrete comprises two vertical ducts 36 of oblong sections arranged symmetrically with respect to the transverse vertical median plane and two horizontal grooves 38, one at the level of the face one side and one at the side of the bottom, with a half-circle section so that when two blocks are superimposed, the horizontal groove provided at the bottom side face of the upper block and the horizontal groove provided at the upper side face of the lower block form a horizontal cylindrical duct as shown in Figure 5. In Figures 7 and 8, there is shown at 40 a corner block salient according to the invention. It comprises a so-called insulating first part 42 made of an insulating material oriented towards the outside of the wall and a second portion 44 of wood concrete oriented towards the inside. As before, the insulating portion 42 is preferably made of polystyrene.
To form the angle, the insulating portion 42 has an L shape in top view and is pressed against two side faces of the wood concrete portion 44. Thus, according to this embodiment, the two parts 42 and 44 are contiguous at two joining planes 46, 46 '.
According to one embodiment, the two parts 42 and 44 are assembled by means of dovetail shapes provided on each part 42 and 44 at the junction planes, said dovetails being oriented in the vertical direction. To limit the thermal bridges, as previously, the insulating portion 12 comprises at two lateral faces protruding ribs 48 and on the other two lateral faces of the recessed grooves 50. The portion 44 of concrete wood comprises on the one hand at least one vertical and through conduit 52, opening at the side faces from below and from above, and secondly, at least one horizontal groove 54 provided at the side face 15 from below and / or from above. According to the example illustrated in Figures 7 and 8, the portion 44 of wood concrete comprises a conduit 52 and vertically at the upper and lower faces two grooves 54 connecting the conduit 52 to the side faces. According to the invention, the blocks are assembled so that the vertical or horizontal ducts 20 and the horizontal or vertical grooves are substantially connected so as to form a network of vertical and horizontal ducts. After the assembly of several rows, the vertical ducts 36, 52 and the horizontal ducts formed by the grooves 38, 54 are poured into a reinforcement material, in particular concrete, so as to obtain, after curing, a network of reinforcement elements. inner blocks having vertical beams 36 'and horizontal 38' interconnected to form a mesh, as shown in Figure 6.
The material used as reinforcement has a relatively small dimensional variation, lower than that of wood concrete, which provides a mesh of vertical beams 36 'and horizontal 38' stable that does not deform. This mesh constrains the parts 14, 44 of wood concrete which tend to vary in size which limits their deformations and the appearance of play between the insulating parts 12, 42 of the different blocks. Therefore, unlike the wood concrete blocks of the prior art, the wall obtained from the composite blocks according to the invention does not have games capable of constituting thermal bridges and can be coated at its outer face.
