Le procédé comporte les étapes suivantes : - pose au sol, ou sur un autre support, d'une palette (15) chargée de caisses (16) ou coques, - localisation d'une caisse (16) ou coque à prélever, sous le contrôle de moyens de vision, - prélèvement de la caisse (16) ou coque, transport de celle-ci et pose sur un convoyeur (6), - répétition des opérations précédentes pour les autres caisses (16) ou coques, - reprise des produits unitaires (18) dans ces caisses (16) ou coques, sous le contrôle d'autres moyens de vision, - transport de ces produits unitaires (18) et pose sur un convoyeur (1 ) avec réorientation.
