Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un divergent (7) pour une installation (1) semi-centrée de ventilation, de chauffage et/ou de climatisation d'un véhicule automobile. Le divergent (7) est agencé en un conduit d'air comprenant au moins une paroi principale (16,24) et deux parois secondaires (31,32) opposées l'une à l'autre et adjacentes à la paroi principale (16,24). La paroi principale (16,24) est constituée d'un déflecteur (16) et d'une portion plane (24), le divergent (7) comportant une sortie d'air (11) qui est ménagée en vis-à-vis de la portion plane (24) et qui s'étend dans un plan Px. Le divergent (7) comporte une zone initiale (20) de passage d'air présentant une section initiale Si et une zone terminale (23) de passage d'air présentant une section terminale Sn, la zone initiale (20) et la zone terminale (23) bordant le déflecteur (16), la zone initiale (20) et la zone terminale (23) étant perpendiculaires au plan Px et espacées l'une de l'autre d'une distance D". Le divergent (7) comporte l'une quelconque au moins des caractéristiques suivantes : - la section initiale Si est inférieure à 1,7 dm , - le divergent (7) comporte un rapport R de la section terminale Sn sur la section initiale Si compris entre 0,6 et 0,8, - la distance D" est comprise entre 0,23 et 0,33 fois une largeur L de la sortie d'air (11), la largeur L s'étendant dans le plan Px.
