Abstract

The head has a rigid frame and inflatable edges, where the mop head is rigidly fixed to a mop stick. An air pump is integrated to the mop stick and connected to the edges. The edges of the mop head are inflated by the air pump to expand the mop head. A valve discharges the air from the mop head. Mop is adhered to the mop head for rinsing and wringing, where the mop head is made of flexible and resistant material e.g. vinyl material. An independent claim is also included for a method for utilizing an inflatable mop head.
