Abstract

The device has boxes permitting introduction of yokes of a pallet truck, where the device supports loads of 350 kg. Marked consoles (10a, 10b) are pierced at different points and have different diameters so as to adapt on rails of a chassis of a vehicle. Marked pieces (1a, 1b, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, 9a, 9b) are welded between the consoles, and are diametrically opposed to each other, where the marked pieces are invariable. The consoles are arranged in spacing of the rails of the chassis of the vehicle.

Description

The present invention relates to a device called cradle and shown in the front view of assembly FIG. 3, this device is adapted and bolted between the side rails of the vehicle to allow the transport of a pallet truck under the rear bottom of all types of commercial vehicles or trucks. This invention has been developed in order to facilitate the loading and unloading of equipment during delivery to a customer who does not have a pallet truck during this operation. The present invention is divided into two sheaths with a length of 1000 mm, reference 1 a and 1 b in FIG. 3 with a specific angularity that will allow the forks of the pallet truck shown in Figure 2 to be introduced into said sleeves. The pallet truck called self-propelled pallet truck is from our manufacturing. Indeed the weight of the latter is half the weight of traditional pallet trucks that we find on the market. The main reason being to limit the weight of the latter as much as possible. For information, the weight of our pallet truck is 350kg. The widths of the bar marks 7a and 7b shown in Fig.3 are invariable. Indeed the width of the side rails of vehicles can be between 500mm and 900mm depending on the type of vehicle that we can meet on the market. Hence the need to adapt it to the maximum number of vehicles. This is the reason why the reference pieces 10a, 10b are brought to more or less close together for the small spacings of spars and conversely in the other case. The reference pieces 10a and 10b are diametrically opposed, pierced, and different. diameters. Indeed, their roles being to adapt to a large number of spars, the holes that have been drilled go in this way allow to bolt the complete cradle on the frame rails of the vehicle and do more than one set. It should be noted that the cradle has been subjected to a test which authorizes it to carry a load of 350 kg and more. As a non-limiting example, during the transport phase, go up to the maximum to leave sufficient ground clearance and then use the safety lock on the right side of the cradle. This set consisting of rod, a chain and a pin makes it possible to hold the pallet truck in case of sudden movement or braking. The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: The front view together carriage support fig. 3 includes all the parts used to manufacture the said cradle. Fig. 2 gives the detail of the general view presented in fig.

The parts 6a, 6b, 9a, 9b, 1a, 1b, 7a, 7b are welded to one another and diametrically opposed to one another, they are positioned in an invariable manner, The parts 10a and 10b are pierced in different points, the set called cradle has an angularity, once laid, 3 degrees relative to said rooms.
