Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un matériau, dalle de faux plafond applicable à tous les environnements du bâtiment. Afin de palier aux carences actuelles du marché, en termes de dalles de plafond avec aspect décoratifs , acoustiques et non feu, la présente dalle de faux plafond est constituée d'une âme en fibre minérale ou laine de roche ou laine minérale , ou laine de verre avec voile de verre ou pas, prise en sandwich entre un placage bois spécialement traité stable, naturel, micro perforée ou pas suivant les besoins acoustiques requis, et un contrebalancement en io kraft imprégné de résine phénolique qui a plus une fonction étanche que d'équilibrage et qui permet aussi de pouvoir indiquer au verso de la dalle les informations concernant la traçabilité de cette dernière . L'ensemble pouvant être mis en oeuvre sur des ossatures classiques de types T24/T25/T15 ou tous autres types d'ossatures apparentes ou cachées courantes 15 disponibles dans le commerce suivant l'usinage. Suivant le type d'ossature retenue, la dalle de faux plafond sera ou posée en classique (ossature apparente) ou posée en feuillure (fine line) ou en encliquetée (ossature cachée ou semi-cachée). Caractéristiques techniques : Format de la dalle en centimètres : 60x 60/60x 120/ou tous autres multiples 20 pouvant atteindre jusqu'à 5m2 Ame : fibres minérales ou laine de roche ou laine minérale ou laine verre de différentes épaisseurs et densité, avec voile de verre ou pas déterminée en fonction des performances acoustiques souhaitées. Poids de l'âme : de 135kg/m3 à 175kg/m3 25 Qualité : BS2DO (euro classement) Faces : placage bois traité Epaisseur entre : de 7 à 9/10éme de mm +/- 1/10éme. Epaisseur totale : entre 15 et 28 mm Face décor : placage bois recevant un triple traitement, en bain en solution 30 aqueuse de nitrogen et phosphore, puis en pulvérisation de coating en base aqueuse, puis à nouveau en pulvérisation de coating de finition .une fois sec l'ensemble est micro perforé. Face contre balancement : papier kraft imprégné de résine phénolique. La face décor sera toujours micro perforée entre 12 % et 30% de la surface de la 35 dalle afin de permettre à 1 âme du complexe de remplir sa fonction acoustique. L'ensemble est collé avec une colle contact en base aqueuse ou colle blanche, ou d'autres types de colle comme des colles polyuréthane, pulvérisée et mise en pression.
