Abstract

The device has a metallic part e.g. U-shaped foot (1), comprising a housing (4) for receiving metallic plates (5). The plates are perforated for forming letters (6) or symbols that are placed side by side for forming a word and pattern. Guiding and positioning unit is provided on the elements of the device for guiding the plates. The plates have folds (7) at their upper part for cooperating with a rail (3) on a side of the housing and a bevel (8) at their lower part for engaging in a slot (8a) situated at a lower part of a housing for guiding and positioning the plates in the housing.

Description

-1- La présente invention concerne un dispositif typographique manuel et portable simplifiant l'application et l'impression de strasses thermocollants. Il n'est pas possible d'assembler manuellement des strasses thermocollants en vrac afin de former des lettres, caractères et tout autre symbole et formes en respectant de manière précise et exacte leur anatomie ou configuration. Il n'existe pas actuellement de machine typographique portative susceptible de réaliser des lettres ou symboles et de les imprimer directement aprés assemblage sur un support quelconque de façon rapide sans effort et peu onéreuse. Toutefois il est possible de faire fabriquer des lettres et symboles en strasses sur mesure en les commandant à des entreprises spécialisées utilisant pour ce faire des machines laser à graver sophistiquées très couteuses telle que la EGX-400 de la marque déposée ROLLAND ou analogues. On peut utiliser également des plaques d'aggloméré, ou des feuilles de transfert transparent et autocollant accompagnées de feuilles de plastique opaques. Les entreprises fabriquent ces lettres ou symboles en connectant la machine laser à un logiciel sur lequel les lettres ou symboles sont programmés. La machine comporte un bras pourvu d'un foret à tête cloutée, commandé par le logiciel, qui perfore à différente reprise la plaque d'aggloméré de manière a obtenir les trous nécessaires pour former les caractères dessinés. La plaque étant gravée, on place manuellement les strasses dans les trous réalisés, on égalise et retire le surplus au moyen d'une baguette. Ensuite on recouvre cet assemblage d'une feuille de transfert, la face adhésive sur les strasses pour qu'ils adhérent, qu'ils soient fixés et qu'ils soient collés sur la feuille plastique opaque de sorte que l'assemblage des lettres ou symboles soit enfermé et protégé entre les deux feuilles plastiques. L'ensemble réalisé est transportable et commercialisable mais sa réalisation est très couteuse et les principaux problèmes subsistent et apportent beaucoup de contraintes à l'utilisateur final, car il faut découper les feuilles de papier transfert ou sont fixés à l'intérieur les lettres et autres symboles. La découpe doit être minutieuse car il faut 1 2928103 -2- aligner correctement les caractères les uns à la suite des autres sur le support, par exemple un vêtement afin de former les mots ou phrases désires en veillant à ce qu'il n'y ait aucun écart disproportionné sur l'alignement ou l'inclinaison des lettres ce qui demande à l'utilisateur une attention soutenue 5 sans garantie du résultat. Les problèmes posés sont les suivants : perte de temps, travail imprécis, plus couteux, importante concentration fatigue oculaire et musculaire, gaspillage de matière premiers, consommation d'énergie etc.... Then we cover this assembly with a transfer sheet, the adhesive side on the rhinestones so that they adhere, they are fixed and they are glued on the opaque plastic sheet so that the assembly of letters or symbols enclosed and protected between the two plastic sheets. Cutting must be thorough because it is necessary to correctly align the characters one after the other on the support, for example a garment to form the words or phrases desired by ensuring that there has no disproportionate deviation on the alignment or inclination of the letters which requires the user sustained attention 5 without guarantee of the result. The problems posed are the following: loss of time, imprecise work, more expensive, high eye and muscle fatigue concentration, waste of raw materials, energy consumption, etc. The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. .

En se reportant à la figure 1 des dessins annexés représentant schématiquement les divers éléments du dispositif selon l'invention, on voit qu'il comporte selon une de ses caractéristiques une pièce métallique 25 dénommée sabot 1 ultra fin en forme de U. Une graduation 2 est gravée à la partie supérieure du sabot 1. Sur la première partie supérieure du sabot 1 existe un rail 3 et sur la première partie inférieure il y a un logement 4 afin que l'on puisse faire coulisser des plaques métalliques 5 de taille et de format identiques afin de respecter un alignement et un écart parfait, comme 2 2928103 -3-représenté sue les figures 2 et 3. Les plaques 5 sont perforées précisément pour former les lettres 6 ou symboles de la configuration désirés. Comme représenté sur la figure 6 pour pouvoir bénéficier d'une ligne d'inscription supplémentaire, on ajoute un sabot la 15 identique à celui qui vient d'être décrit mais avec une inversion du rail 3 et du logement 4 destinée à coopérer avec des plaques perforées 5a pourvue également d'une inversion des pliures 7 et du biseau 8. Deux tiges métalliques 9 comportant un bec 10 à chaque extrémité s'introduisent dans les espaces libres de chaque rail 3 permettant de relier les sabots 1 et 1 a en 20 faisant un bloc unique correspondant à deux lignes d'inscription parallèles. Ces tiges métalliques 9 ayant un rôle de pont sont chacune munies d'une vis papillon 1l qui traversent les becs 10 perpendiculaires de celles-ci pour caler et fixer l'ensemble. L'utilisation du dispositif selon l'invention est simple. L'utilisateur choisit 25 les caractères qu'il souhaite imprimer et les fait coulisser dans le rail 3 et il pose le sabot 1 à l'endroit ou il désire créer une impression ; il peut se servir de la graduation 2 pour centrer avec précision, ou disposer précisément l'inscription à l'endroit désiré, puis il met les strasses dans les orifices. Les strasses étant placés, l'impression peut être immédiate au moyen d'un simple 3 -4- fer à repasser posé sur le sabot au dessus de l'inscription pendant quelques secondes. On peut également utiliser une presse chauffante pour une production en série.
