Emballage pour produits alimentaires, comprenant : - un socle (2) constituant la base de l'emballage, et définissant un réservoir (10) ; -une cloche (1), destinée à venir coiffer le socle (2) et à s'encliqueter réversiblement sur celui-ci ; - un support intermédiaire (3) reçu sur le socle (2), destiné à recevoir le produit alimentaire ; caractérisé en ce que le socle (2) et le support intermédiaire (3) sont pourvus de moyens (7, 16, 17) aptes à définir les uns avec les autres un cheminement privilégié par gravité du ou des liquides susceptibles d'émaner dudit produit alimentaire et à s'opposer au cheminement inverse du ou desdits liquides, tout en permettant en revanche la progression sous forme gazeuse de substances stockées dans le socle (2) en direction du volume défini par la cloche (1) et ledit socle (2).
