Abstract

The device has a series of hobs (4) and a drive pinion wheel (1) formed as a single unit, where a steel strip continuously passes between the wheel and the hobs and is driven on entire length of an anvil (11) that serves as a cam. Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de coupe en marche, de perforations de formes multiples, sur une bande d'acier appelée arête de poisson avec production de chutes en mouvement La découpe est faite traditionnellement à l'arrêt, par un outil monté sous une 5 presse et dont la bande d'acier avance suivant un pas. Ce chemin épouse sur un certain quartier de cette gorge fixe, l'enclume , de forme circulaire reprenant le même centre que la roue motorisée. Ce qui place 15 matrices et poinçons sur un même axe et qui permet l'enfoncement des poinçons dans les meilleures conditions. Cette pénétration se produit lorsque les poinçons sont dans la zone du quartier de l'enclume, qui agit comme une came, et ressortent avant la séparation de la roue et de la chaîne de matrices. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet une découpe sans choc par un 20 enfoncement progressif et perpendiculaire des poinçons dans les matrices.
