Cette invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients en apportant de nouvelles fonctionnalités : o La combinaison d'une cuve, d'un mélangeur, d'un distributeur et d'une potence. o La possibilité de préparer de grandes quantités de mélange de produits phytosanitaires sans effort. o La possibilité de prédéterminer, pendant le remplissage, le volume d'eau exact qui sera contenu dans la cuve. o La possibilité de mieux contrôler les concentrations des mélanges. o La possibilité de maîtriser la quantité de produit distribué vers les réservoirs des machines agricoles. o La possibilité d'approvisionner les machines agricoles dont les réservoirs sont difficiles d'accès. o La possibilité de déplacer le dispositif via des profilés adaptés aux fourches des chariots élévateurs situés sous la cuve.35 Le dispositif comporte principalement : o une cuve permettant le stockage de l'eau et du (des) produit(s) à mélanger. o un agitateur (composé d'une hélice tripale, d'une turbine bipale démontable et de contre pales sur cuve) pour le mélange des produits avec l'eau. o une vanne d'arrivée d'eau permettant la maîtrise du remplissage de la cuve. o un groupe motopompe dont le débit nominal est compris entre 5 et 50 m3/h. o une vanne 3 voies assurant le choix entre la recirculation du produit vers la cuve et sa distribution vers les réservoirs des machines agricoles. o une armoire électrique de commande pouvant être équipée d'un automate programmable avec afficheur. o un dispositif de rnesure du niveau de produit dans la cuve qui permet de contrôler la quantité de produit contenu dans la cuve et la quantité de mélange délivrée dans le réservoir de la machine agricole. o un dispositif d'alerte de niveau haut (pour éviter le débordement de la cuve) et de niveau bas (pour stopper le fonctionnement lorsque la cuve est vide). o un escabeau ou un escalier permettant l'accès au haut de la cuve. o une potence pour acheminer le mélange obtenu jusqu'au réservoir de la machine agricole (les dimensions en hauteur et de la longueur de la potence sont tributaires de l'encombrement de la machine agricole).
