The present invention also relates to a device 5 for implementing such a cleaning method. The present invention is in the field of cleaning materials used in painting, printing or mechanical industries using greased parts. One of the major problems in cleaning paint materials is the volume of chemical waste resulting from the cleaning processes. These harmful wastes must be reprocessed, most often as Special Industrial Waste (ICDs) whose disposal is very framed and expensive. Currently, solvent-based paints tend to be replaced by water-based paints, which allow the use of water for cleaning the application materials of these paints. However, solvents or water used for cleaning must always be reprocessed as D.I.S. The same problem arises in the field of printing or in the field of mechanical industries where the surface preparation may require the degreasing of mechanical parts. The invention aims to limit the volumes to be reprocessed as D.I.S at the end of the cleaning process of materials used in painting, printing or mechanical industries using greased parts. For this purpose, it proposes a method of cleaning material soiled with paint, in particular water-based, ink or grease, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: contacting the material to be cleaned with a suitable cleaning solution, - Isolation of the soiled cleaning solution at the end of the cleaning of the equipment, - Treatment of the cleaning solution by flocculation means, - Filtering of the cleaning solution to recover a residue of reusable cleaning solution. It also proposes a device for implementing such a method of cleaning material soiled with paint, especially water-based, ink or grease.

The features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the detailed description which follows of a non-limiting embodiment of the invention. The invention is in the field of cleaning materials used in painting, printing or mechanical industries using greased parts. The embodiment described hereinafter refers to the cleaning of soiled material with water-based paint. It goes without saying that the procedure will be the same for cleaning soiled material with solvent paint, ink or grease, adapting the cleaning solvents and various chemical additives accordingly. In order to limit the amount of cleaning water to be reprocessed following the cleaning of soiled material with water-based paint, it is necessary to separate the pigments and the binders from the cleaning water, in order to reuse the water. water for further cleanings and to have to reprocess in DIS only the pigments and binders resulting from the painting. Thus the cleaning of the equipment comprises the following steps: the clean cleaning water is brought into contact with the equipment to be cleaned, in particular by spraying or soaking; - once the equipment has been cleaned, the dirty water is isolated; the contaminated water is treated by the addition of a flocculant, the action of which is favored by stirring; a thickener is then added; a filter finally separates the floc, containing the paint pigments, and water, which is a reusable residue. Only the floc constitutes a 35 D.I.S. It can be seen that, advantageously, this method allows both a decrease in the volume of D.I.S to be treated and a recycling of the water used for cleaning. Such a cleaning method can be achieved by a suitable device, namely a stainless steel cleaning tank. The dimensions will be adapted to the materials to be cleaned. It may be provided with manual cleaning means, such as sprayers, or automatic, such as automatic water jets. Advantageously, the tray comprises two parts, the upper tray for blocking, at the end of cleaning, dirty water. It is in this upper tray that an amount of flocculent is added. In parallel, a brewing action is conducted by a bubbler. A diffuser in the form of a wide mesh grid can at this stage facilitate the separation of the products contained in the contaminated water, aiding flocculation. After a rest of one minute is added a thickener to the set. After 10 minutes the separation of water and pigments is achieved.

I.S.It is then possible to empty the upper tray to the lower tray through filters trapping the floc, to obtain on the one hand a water residue usable, and the water of solid waste, which after drying will be treated as DIS

Avantageusement, les solvants utilisés pourront être 35 écologiques, sous forme de compositions "bionettoyantes".Advantageously, the addition of a thermostatically controlled heating resistor to the cleaning tank makes it possible to perform all of these steps under temperature conditions to accelerate the cleaning process. The device as presented is suitable for cleaning materials soiled with solvent-based paints, epoxy or water-based, as well as inks or greases, and the treatment of cleaning solvents after cleaning of the aforementioned materials. Advantageously, the solvents used can be ecological, in the form of "bionettoyantes" compositions.
