Abstract

The pillbox has removable cells each including 8 compartments that are separated by 7 walls, where each compartment contains a medication of a prescription to be administered. Each cell is associated to a PVC lid (3) that includes slots (2) in which upper ends of the walls are fitted. Each cell is covered by an adhesive label that is adhered on circumference of the cell and on the walls of each compartment. A notch system is formed on top of the cell to suspend the pillbox on a wall stand that is formed of two rods.

La présente invention est relative à une pilulier à usage unique . UnThe present invention relates to a disposable pill container. A

pilulier à usage unique est une planche pvc thermoformée comportant une partie supérieure pour fixer la dite planche sur un support et 28 alvéoles détachables comportant chacune 7 compartiments de taille identique et un huitième compartiment de taille double dans lesquels on dépose les médicaments à administrer durant une période 7 jours et pour quatre temps de prise par jour. Chacun des 7 compartiments (1) tient sa particulier dans la 10 dimension longitudinale permettant l'accueil de médicaments type gélule. Le huitième compartiment, étant de dimension deux fois plus grande, accueillera les médicaments les plus volumineux. Pour procéder au remplissage et à la fermeture des alvéoles, un 15 plateau dit de remplissage permet, médicaments par médicament, compartiment par compartiment , colonne par colonne, d'alimenter les alvéoles. Le système de fermeture de ce pilulier est composé de deux éléments : un couvercle pvc (3) des dimensions intérieures de 20 chaque alvéole et une étiquette autocollante et imprimable recouvrant le tout. La planche de pvc dite couvercle , est constituée de 7 fentes (2) dans lesquelles viennent s'encastrer les sept parois (4) des huit compartiments formant une alvéole : L'étiquette posée sur la 25 planche de pvc dite couvercle vient se coller sur les tranches de ces sept parois affleurant la dite planche de couvercle et sur les pourtours de l'alvéole. Sur la partie supérieure de cette planche d'étiquette sont indiqués, par un logiciel dédié, les renseignements d'autre général sur le 30 patient, et les dates de début et de fin de distribution des médicaments contenus dans ce pilulier. Sur chaque étiquette , correspondant à un temps de prise sont mentionnés, le nom du patient, le prénom, le code barre du code patient,la date, le jour, le temps de prise, une codification couleur 35 du temps de prise, la situation géographique du patient, les médicaments contenus dans le pilulier, leur n de lot, la date de péremption, le n de compartiment alvéole dans lequel ils sont placés, et la liste des médicaments hors-pilulier. Un système d'encoche effectué sur la partie haute de la planque 40 d'alvéole, permet de suspendre le pilulier sur un support mural, formé de deux tiges au diamètre légèrement supérieur (8mm) à celui des planches d'alvéole et planche d'etiquette (6.35mm) pour une meilleure circulation. Pour administrer les médicaments aux patients, il suffit d'enlever 5 l'étiquette de l'alvéoles correspondant au temps de prise et de donner l'alvéole, décachetée au patient.
