Description

La présente invention est relative à un anneau de levage pour la prise deThe present invention relates to a lifting ring for the taking of

charges lourdes. Lifting rings are already known for taking, in particular, heavy loads. Thus in the document EP-365.430-A is described such a lifting ring which comprises a body having a threaded lower portion intended to be screwed into a tapped hole of the load to be handled, a head portion of a diameter greater than that of the support portion, an intermediate piece mounted to rotate 360 around the support portion, and a hooking strip pivoting 360 about radial axes projecting from the intermediate piece: these elements constituting the lifting ring form a one-piece body and a lower portion of the body support portion protrude from the intermediate piece to engage an upper portion of the hole so as to relieve the threaded lower portion of the body by absorbing, in use, most of the twisting effects. FR-2.723.770-A also relates to a non-removable lifting ring comprising an axis which has a threaded body intended to be screwed into a threaded hole of the load to be handled and a head, a forged intermediate piece and monoblock which is mounted to rotate about 360 about the axis and a hooking strip 360 about radial axes protruding from the intermediate piece: a threaded support base is screwed onto the body and is locked thereon, the intermediate piece rotating around the base being held axially between the projecting parts facing the base and the head. Finally, the document EP-179.733-A relates to a connecting device for anchoring lifting or docking means on objects to be transported or moored, comprising an anchoring element used to anchor it to the object under consideration. a fastening element having a fastening ring for the lifting or docking means, and a connecting element which connects the anchoring element to the fastening element, and which is journalled with the anchoring element to rotate around the longitudinal axis of this element. The fastener may oscillate about an axis of oscillation which extends at a distance from the longitudinal axis of the anchor member and perpendicular to that axis, and the distance above is sufficiently large so that the securing ring of the fastener can be folded over the end of the anchor which holds the connecting element. This fastening element is formed of a stirrup and a crossbar which connects the ends of this stirrup and which forms a hinge axis of the connecting element, the latter and the element being both substantially shaped. D, and the maximum free width between the part of the stirrup which is opposite the crossmember and the connecting element being smaller in the rest position of the fastening element than the diameter of a circle inscribed in the fixing ring. All known lifting rings such as those described above have the main disadvantage of requiring the manufacture of component parts having a high cost, particularly due to the complexity of their realization. Also, it is an object of the present invention to provide a lifting ring for heavy load taking which overcomes the disadvantages reported above.

Another object of the invention is to provide such a ring to use any length of screw. These aims, as well as others which will appear later, are achieved by a lifting ring for the taking of heavy loads of the type comprising a stirrup, a crossbar which is mounted on an axis made integral with the free ends of this stirrup and which comprises a central hole of the same axis as the axis of symmetry of the stirrup, a screw cooperating with this central hole and means for maintaining in translation the screw in the crosspiece, which ring is characterized, according to the present invention, by the fact that these means are constituted by two rings screwed onto the screw on either side of the cross and bearing on it.

Preferably, each ring is constituted by a cylindrical body whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the central hole, surmounted by a collar forming a shoulder whose outer diameter is greater than the diameter of the central hole. Advantageously, the sum of the heights of the cylindrical bodies of the rings is at most equal to the thickness of the cross member, to the functional clearances by. According to an alternative embodiment, the crossmember can rotate freely about its axis. The following description, which has no limiting character, should be read with reference to the appended figures, in which: FIG. 1 represents a front view of a lifting ring according to a first embodiment of the present invention; with partial tearing; and, - Figure 2 shows a front view of a hoisting ring according to a second embodiment of the present invention partially broken away. As can be seen in FIG. 1, a hoisting ring for the gripping of heavy loads is of the type comprising a stirrup 1, and a crossbar 2 which is mounted on an axis 3 made integral with the ends of the stirrup 1 and, according to the first embodiment, around which it can rotate freely. This crosspiece 2 has a hole 4 of axis perpendicular to the axis 3: when the crossbar 2 is in a plane perpendicular to that of the stirrup 1, the axis of the hole 4 is the same as the axis of symmetry of the stirrup 1. According to a second variant embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the crossmember 2 is made immobile with respect to the stirrup 1: in this case, it is in a plane substantially perpendicular to that of the stirrup 1. The cross-member 2 and the axis 3 in this embodiment form a part of the stirrup 1.

This lifting ring comprises a screw 5 cooperating with the hole 4 and means for locking in tension this screw 5 in this hole 4. According to the present invention, these means for locking in tension this screw 5 in the hole 4 are constituted by two rings 6 and 7 which are screwed on this screw 5 and rest on the cross member 2. In fact, each ring 6 or 7 comprises a cylindrical body 8, 9 respectively, whose outer diameter is smaller than the inside diameter of the hole topped with a flange 10, 11, respectively, forming a shoulder whose outer diameter is greater than the diameter of the hole 4. The height of the body of each ring is such that their sum is at most equal to the thickness of the crosshead near functional play.

The upper ring 6 may not be threaded but the nominal diameter of the screw 5. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, this sum is equal to the thickness of the cross member, functional play near. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, a ring according to the present invention can be used with any length of screw: indeed, the screw 5 is locked in traction thanks to the rings 6 and 7 since they by their shoulder take the cross 2 sandwich. Of course, the head of the screw 5 comprises means for cooperating with any screwing means.
