Ces agencements consistent en des fentes profilées formées dans l'épaisseur des plis du soufflet, en regard de l'élément rapporté. Ces fentes sont disposées symétriquement de part et d'autre de la ligne médiane des deux plis en délimitant une bande centrale qui constitue la poignée en tant que telle après avoir introduit une main au travers desdites fentes. Ce type d'agencement permet avantageusement de ne pas masquer les informations relatives aux produits contenus dans le sac, de permettre l'utilisation d'un film plastique en PET pour l'obtention du sac et de la poignée et de permettre une préhension plus aisée du sac.
