The invention relates to an arrangement of a load receiving zone inside a motor vehicle, comprising a boot floor and at least a first and a second row of rear seats adapted to occupy a retracted position in which their backrest is substantially in the extension of the trunk floor. Current vehicles, to meet the needs of their users, must be more and more flexible. In particular, the vehicles must be able to allow the loading of bulky and long objects. EP-B1-1419063 discloses a vehicle having two rows of rear seats and a boot floor. The two rows of seats can be retracted so as to form a sufficiently flat loading surface with the boot floor resting on the rearmost seat row. This arrangement, however, has disadvantages. Indeed, it offers only few possible configurations, the floor is not flexible and remains limited to the trunk of the vehicle. In addition, in such an arrangement, the first row of rear seats has a flat back, which is not always the case, the rear seat backs often having, depending on the vehicles, a curve incompatible with a function. loading area. In order to overcome these drawbacks, the object of the invention is an arrangement of a load-receiving zone inside a vehicle comprising a floor and modular seats offering several configurations. The invention also relates to an arrangement of a simple, light and space-saving load receiving zone. For this purpose, the invention proposes an arrangement of a load-receiving zone of the type mentioned above, characterized in that the arrangement comprises a longitudinally movable load zone, substantially parallel to the floor, said zone of mobile load being adapted to pass: from an extension position of the floor, wherein the mobile load zone extends substantially to a close-up of the vehicle, covering a front portion of the second row of seats rear in the retracted position, at a stowed position in which the mobile load area is at least partially superimposed on the floor, a front edge of said mobile load area having a lo portion articulated about a transverse axis and adapted to occupy: a first position in which it extends vertically so as to form a partition wall between the trunk and the passenger compartment and a second position in which it extends in the prolongation said movable load zone in the extension position of the floor, so as to cover at least partially the first row of rear seat in the retracted position. According to other characteristics of the invention: the arrangement is able to occupy a configuration in which the two rows of rear seats are in the retracted position, the mobile load zone extending along the front part of the second seat row and the hinged portion extending along the first row of rear seats so that the hinged portion, the movable load area and a rear portion of the seat back of the second row form a continuity with the trunk floor so as to constitute a substantially flat floor of maximum length. The arrangement is able to occupy a configuration in which the mobile load zone is positioned above the front portion of the second row of rear seats in the retracted position, the partition wall extending vertically behind the 2907396 -3- first seat row in use position and substantially to the right of the windshield. The arrangement is adapted to occupy a configuration in which the movable load zone covers a rear portion of the second row of seats in the retracted position, the partition wall extending vertically behind the windscreen, so as to provide a space between the first row of rear seat in the use position and said partition. The arrangement is adapted to occupy a configuration in which the two rows of rear seats are in the position of use, the mobile load area being superimposed on the boot floor and the partition wall behind the second row. rear seat. The articulated portion comprises at least a first and a second portion articulated with respect to one another about a transverse axis, able to occupy a first position in which the two portions are folded vertically against each other. another so as to form the partition wall and a second position in which the two portions are substantially in the extension of the moving load area when in the extended position of the floor, so as to cover the first row rear seats in retracted position. The movable load area is slidably mounted on side rails. 25 - The mobile charging zone and its articulated portion comprise pull handles. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the description of exemplary embodiments of an arrangement of a charge receiving area with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. a perspective view of an arrangement of a loading zone according to the invention, in a first configuration. Fig. 2 is a side view of the arrangement of Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a side view of the arrangement of Fig. 1 in a second configuration. Figure 4 is a side view of the arrangement of Figure 1 in a third configuration. Figure 5 is a side view of the arrangement of Figure 1 in a fourth configuration. In the description which follows, we will take in a nonlimiting manner a longitudinal, vertical and transverse orientation indicated by the trihedron L, V, T of the figures. A front and rear orientation is also taken in relation to the direction of travel of the vehicle. Identical or similar elements are designated by the same reference numerals. With the exception of the specific elements of the driving position, the vehicle has a general symmetry with respect to a median longitudinal plane. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a vehicle (not shown) has a front row of seats 10, and a first 12 and a second 14 rows of rear seats. As shown in this configuration, the two rows of rear seats 12 and 14, respectively having a back 12a and 14a and a seat 12b and 14b, are retractable so that the backs 12a and 14a respectively are folded substantially horizontally over the seats respectively 12b and 14b. A front edge 16 of seat 18 of the second seat row 14 is substantially in line with a windshield 20. The vehicle comprises a load receiving zone comprising a loading floor 22 of a trunk 24 extending rearward of the second row of seats 14 and a load zone 26 movable in a longitudinal direction relative to the floor 22. In this first configuration, the mobile load area 26 extends only over a front portion 14a of the second row of rear seat 14. A front edge 28 of the movable load zone 26 has a hinged portion 30 about a first transverse axis A. Said articulated portion 30 may comprise a first front portion 30a and a second rear portion 30b, the two portions 30a and 30b being ~ o mounted articulated, relative to each other, about a second transverse axis B. In this first configuration shown here, the zone Loading is in its maximum load configuration. The movable load area 26 covers a front portion of the backs 14a of the second seat row 14, substantially to the windshield 20. Thus, the movable load area 26 extends the floor 22 in a direction substantially parallel to said The hinged portion 30 of the movable load area 26 extends substantially horizontally forwardly so as to at least partially cover the backrest 12a of the first row of rear seats 12. Here, in the case where it comprises two portions 30a and 30b, the hinged portion 30 completely covers the back 12a of the first row of rear seats 12. Thus, the hinged portion 30, the mobile load area 26 and a rear portion of the folders 14a of the second row seat 14 are substantially in line with the floor 22 so as to form a continuous load zone. This configuration therefore allows to have a flat floor to the front row of seats. As shown in Figure 3, the arrangement is in a second configuration.
The first row of rear seats 12 is in the position of use and the second row of rear seats 14 is in the retracted position. The hinged portion 30 is moved vertically to form a partition wall of the trunk 24 and the passenger compartment, located behind the first row of rear seats 12. In the case where the hinged portion 30 is formed of the two portions 30a and 30b, said portions 30a and 30b are folded against each other vertically. There may be provided locking means (not shown) of the two portions 30a and 30b in the folded position. Holding means (not shown) of the articulated portion 30 in the vertical position are provided. It may for example be fingers cooperating with orifices provided in the side walls of the vehicle or locking means of the transverse axis A. This configuration thus allows the use of the first row of rear seat Is while offering the largest possible loading area. As shown in Figure 4, the arrangement is in a third configuration in which the first row of rear seats 12 is in the use position and the second row of rear seat 14 is in the retracted position. With respect to the second configuration described above, the mobile load area 26 has translated backwards and occupies an intermediate position in which it covers a rear portion of the back 14a of the second row of seats 14, the articulated portion 30 being in a vertical position so as to form the partition wall.
The space thus cleared between the first row of rear seats 12 and the partition wall 30 can be used for the storage of objects, which are then accessible from the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The unobstructed space can also allow the backrest 12a of the seats 12 to recline or the seats of the second row 14 to recede.
As shown in FIG. 5, the arrangement is in a fourth configuration in which the two rows of rear seats 12 and 14 are in the position of use. The movable load zone 26, with its hinged portion 30 in a vertical separation partitioning position, has effected, with respect to the previous configuration, a rearward translation, and occupies an extreme rear position in which it is superimposed on the trunk floor 22. The partition wall 30 is then behind the back 14a of the seat row 14. This fourth configuration allows the use of the two rows of rear seats 12 and 14, while maintaining a loading area, the mobile charging zone 26, not then being troublesome in the stowed position. For improved ergonomics, the movable load area 26 and the hinged portion 30 include gripping handles (not shown) for ease of handling. The movable load zone 26 can be slidably mounted in rails carried by the side walls of the vehicle. Thus the arrangement according to the invention has the advantage of being compact. Indeed the movable load area, as it covers only part of the second row of seats, reduces the length of the floor extension device. In addition, because of its small footprint, this arrangement is also easier to handle because it is particularly lighter. It is more easily houseable in the trunk in a stowed position when all the seats are in use position.
On the other hand, this arrangement has the advantage of offering numerous configuration possibilities and of proposing a substantially flat floor up to the front seat row, regardless of the curve of the seat back of the first row of seats. rear seats.
