Abstract
The device has a vacuum circuit permitting circulation of elementary particles for spontaneous emission of electromagnetic bang and shockwaves. Coils are correctly placed in the vacuum circuit for producing electric current. The coils authorize modulation or demodulation of beam by variable electrostatic or electromagnetic field on a portion of the circuit. Barriers are perpendicular to the circuit for ensuring the relaxation of the field in the circuit between passages of particles.
