Abstract

Device for metering fluid, liquid or gas, comprising a meter of mechanical technology, or turbine- or rotary piston- based, and a transducer placed against the meter which has a rotary spindle, the transducer transforming the mechanical movements of said rotary spindle into digital information, the transducer comprising an electronic filter by which the oscillations of the rotary spindle are filtered and eliminated in order to ensure synchronization. The transducer includes a circuit that bypasses the filter and outputs the digital information corresponding to the oscillations of the spindle, conveying the fact that the mechanical measuring device is not blocked by the presence of foreign bodies or for any other reason.
