Abstract

The cap (1) has a spout (2) manually covered on a concave upper surface of the cap whose shape takes the shape of a sphere (3). The spout is inclined on an angle of 45 degree around a vertical axis permitting closing of a device. The angle is reduced to regulate the flow of fluid and the liquid flows when the spout is in a vertical position. Chamfers are situated at ends of a common orifice of the spout and the sphere. Toric joints (5) are inserted between the sphere and the cap, where the joints are fixed in a groove fabricated on a conical part of the cap.

Trois joints toriques (5) fixés dans des gorges usinées sur la partie conique du bouchon (1) permettent de maintenir celui-ci dans le goulot de la bouteille, tout en améliorant l'étanchéité pendant l'utilisation. û Pour un entretien optimal de l'ensemble, le démontage aisé consiste à séparer le bec verseur (2) du bouchon (1) par une simple pression manuelle lorsque celui-ci est en position fermée, puis à dévisser la sphère (3). Six trous situés sur le bec verseur (2) améliorent la prise en main et facilitent le nettoyage intérieur de l'ensemble. û Deux modes d'obtention industrielle seront susceptibles d'être adoptés. L'injection plastique par moulage lorsqu'il s'agit de grande série de fabrication et l'usinage sur tour à commande numérique pour des pièces de moindre série.
