Abstract

The apparatus has a photovoltaic solar panel (10) connected to charge regulators (20, 21) that are connected to a router module (30) and a battery (40), respectively. The module allows a data transmission/reception control module to be in standby mode from data transmission or reception phase, and allows a processor to be in standby mode from data transmission, reception or processing phase. The processor is connected to the control module, and controls wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) and worldwide interoperability for microwave access (WiMax) functions according to Wi-Fi and WiMax applications. An independent claim is also included for an assembly comprising a communication network.
