Abstract
The device has mobile and fixed units displaced relative to each other by a driving device. A screw (10) is driven in rotation around an axis by a motor (M) e.g. asynchronous motor. A nut fixed in translation to the mobile unit cooperates with the screw and is driven in translation in a direction of the axis. Grooves (34) of a bush (30) have a linear part to define a linear guide to the nut, and a helical part defining a helical guide. The grooves have an operating phase (50) in which their bearing surfaces and cams (28) of the nut are situated in a plane normal to the screw axis.
