Abstract

The device has a folded sheet metal case (2a) provided with two springs (2c) working in torsion. Each spring has an end hook for gripping a rigid rod and holding a textile membrane during passage from a reinforced position to a working position. The springs are placed in a plane offset with respect to that of the membrane. Each spring has an end bent at 90[deg], where the bent end is positioned in corresponding adjusting hole of the case.
