Abstract

The manifold has a plenum connected to inlet valves and divided into lower part (5) and upper part (6). The upper part is integrated to a part of air intake ducts and the lower part is integrated to another part of the ducts. The upper part and lower part of the plenum are connected with respect to each other by a hinge (7). The plenum has a sealing joint situated between the lower part and upper part. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising an air intake manifold.
