Abstract

Agrafe d'épinglage constituée seulement de deux ou trois pièces suivant deux variantes possibles, ce qui la rend très économique. Sa conception permet à partir d'un seul modèle de couvrir une grande latitude d'épaisseur à serrer. Son principe de blocage la rend particulièrement compacte, résolvant ainsi de nombreux problèmes d'accessibilité. Le principe proposé dans l'invention permet également de garantir un effort de serrage parfaitement contrôlé et préalablement déterminé par l'appareil de pose. Cette agrafe d'épinglage constituée d'une tige de traction Rep.1 est caractérisée par une bague de blocage Rep.2, fendue dont le diamètre d'alésage est égal au diamètre externe de la tige Rep.1, et sur laquelle on applique une précontrainte interne par déformation initiale avant réalisation de son alésage. Une variante est possible par application d' une précontrainte externe, dans ce cas la bague fendue est glissante et a sa surface externe conique, souple mais précontrainte par une autre bague externe Rep.13 également conique maintenant le système par coincement et déformation radiale simultanés. La bague Rep2 enserre fortement la tige Rep.1 par une pression radiale se traduisant par une capacité de résistance au glissement entre les deux pièces, directement proportionnelle à leur coefficient de frottement mutuel permettant de garantir une tension de serrage sur un ensemble à serrer Rep.3.
