Abstract

The shaft has a metaphyseal part (1b) comprising a flat part (1b1) on external side, where flat part is oriented angularly in direction of femoral cervix (1a). A component acting as a centering device is equipped at one end of a diaphyseal part (1c), where the end has a reduced cross section. The components guide the shaft during the implantation of the shaft.
